Fair value, modern and clean (business) hotel. Friendly hotel personnel. Perfect location for a city trip, direct line from airport to subway station in front of hotel. |

We truly liked the location of the hotel which was within walking distance for shopping, resaurants, and sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and professional. Also, the hotel was very clean! |

Very nice hotel, very centered. I checked-in at about 15.00 and we would like to take a nap and at the room right next to us, was a lot of crush. It was the woman who was cleaning the room and she couldn't possibly make more noise, that a human being can. I was frustrating and got out of my room and asked her to be a little more quitier and she told me to refer to the recepion. Although i asked her to quiet a little down, i felt she was doing more noise than before. Very very rude person. I thought that in a 4star hotel, you have your privacy and you expect to be quiet as a hotel. After all you need it to be quiet, cause the main reason you're staying in a hotel, is for relaxing and sleeping. |

the hotel is in the city center but when your in the room you dont hear any sound the only thing i didnt like was that one single room is the same price or nearly of a double room |

cleaness of the room, location, room service took much time to respond, gym and sauna was closed, no ironing service on weekends, morning shift reseptionist was rude, mini bar was not fully refilled. |

I've enjoyed most the room's comfort and the gourmet breakfast. I have also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and of the bathroom and the LCD TV. No, there was not anything I did not like about the hotel. |

Very convenient for city centre, 10 minutes walk to cathedral etc. Right beside Valencia North Railway Station (an art-deco attraction in itself) and access to day long taxi service and Metro. Modern facilities very good. Reception desk often managed by only one member of staff with only poor command of English and easily distracted by the telephone. Modern bathroom facilities somewhat dangerous as floors and bath have very slippery surfaces. Could be easily overcome with non-slip adhesive pads or, as we did, laying a towel in the bath before showering. Not sure how this was perceived by the hotel cleaning staff! |

This hotel is very central and right next to the Northern Train station. ( 1 minute walkinig distance to the underground and bus station) Coming back to the hotel at 16h30 you can expect that the charlady has been there already. This was not the case, and as we stayed at the hotel afterwards - the room has not been made this day. The concierge was not very helpful at check-in, didnt provide us any information ( eg at what time we can have breakfast) without asking. The |
