This **** hotel is centrally located and has an excellent price/quality ratio. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is superb. It includes fresh fruit and if you are already up for it you can even enjoy a glass of red or nicely chilled white wine (included in the price).

Good sized room, very clean, excellent bathroom, friendly and helpful staff.

Beds a bit short for a 6'3" male.

staff rude and unhelpful 15 euro car parking prices of meals increased from those advertised on site so l didnt eat there.l have booked many times with booking.com and this is the first time l have ever given a negative review

Hotel staffs should have been given more traning of communication in English. When I was asking for help on the phone, they answered me, "what do you want"? Maybe they did not have bad intention but I got very annoyed by this.

Rooms were excellent.

Receptionist should have advised to go down to level 4 of the car park. I got worried as I drove round that I would not find a space as they were all marked "reserved". If I had known that there were unreserved spaces on level 4, I would not have worried.

I found the hotel quite convenient for visiting the city being only aboout ten minutes walk from the old town and not much further away from the Aljaferia Palace. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

El hotel está en categoria a sus estrellas , muy bien situado.

Los ruidos en las habitaciones son insoportables, parecía que teniamos una discoteca en la habitación y el servicio de limpieza empieza prontisimo con las apiradores, ruidos, etc...

Esta muy centrico,el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son perfectas y limpias.Volvere otra vez al mismo hotel pues voy mucho por zaragoza.

Hace falta entrar en el cambio de bombillas,calculen el gasto solo de las lamparas cabeceras de las camas-en los pasillos bien, al cambiar halogenas,los servicios necesitan detalles por ej.las siliconas de los lavabos,limpieza de rincones a fondo.Cambio de lugar para el rollo higienico

El trato del personal, la ubicación dentro de la ciudad, las facilidades que nos han dado para dejar la habitación más tarde de la hora habitual y el servicio de guardamaletas hasta que nos fuimos de la ciudad.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, la habitación nos ha parecido pequeña (sobre todo el armario y el baño). La ventana daba a un patio bastante ruidoso (de maquinaria para el funcionamiento del hotel) y el aparato de aire acondicionado también era bastante ruidoso. El personal de limpieza, aunque eficaz, desde las 10 de la mañana estaba hablando a gritos en el pasillo.

Si l'hôtel est de type international 4 étoiles, les infrastructures techniques ne le sont pas : baignoire en plastic avec flexible de douche entartré, qui fuit et qui n'est pas réglable au mur - dans notre chambre/suite à 4 personnes, la literie supplémentaire est un canapé dépliant usé > un matelas usé avec trous dans le sommier qui est certainement supportable pour des petits enfants mais qui...
