Spannende Stadt mit viel Geschichtshintergrund aus der Zeit der Könige. Reich an Kulutur. Ja, ich konnte infolge grossem Lärm in einem Hotelzimmer nebenan kaum schlafen. Dies waren gesamt zwei Nächte. In Sache Umgang mit dem Kunden an der Réception wurde ich weder verabschiedet noch eine gute Weitereise wurdem einem gewünscht. Bezahlen und gehen. Das empfand ich als nicht gerade kundenorientiertes Handeln. Schade eigentlich. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Ebenfalls die Ruhe. Das Zimmer war ziemlich dunkel, nur ein Fenster in einen kleinen HInterhof. Es wird fast keine andere Sprache als spanisch gesprochen. |

The Zenit Sevilla is an amazing hotel. What I enjoyed the most was the central location and the fact that it had a parking garage. |

We originally chose this hotel because it happens to be one of the easier hotels to get to with a car and has nearby parking. Only a couple blocks from the river and a short walk to the historic center of Seville and the cathedral. |

Very spacious and comfortable room and ensuite with good hot shower. Great location in lively, interesting barrio of Triana and very convenient for main attractions of Sevilla Could be quite noisy at night so sound insulation between rooms and floors seemed inadequate. Quality of reception staff varied a lot - some good, attentive and 'switched on' while others appeared totally uninterested and made little attempt to disguise the fact. Room and bathroom fittings were generally outdated and showed signs of poor maintenance. |

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area across the river and within easy walking distance of the central area and 'tourist' attractions. The room was spacious and well appointed. No traffic noise. There is a comfortable bar area for coffee and drinks. (We did not eat in the hotel, preferring to visit the many local cafes & restaurants which have more of an authentic atmosphere). On our last visit we did have a room which looked out onto a wall so some of your guest reviews which mention this are accurate. We were glad not to have had to garage a car as we thought the cost per day was very high. |

1. Staff was not rude but tactless enough to frustrate you. The guy at the reception desk did not accept my non-spanish but still valid identification. The issue was not this though but his whole arrogant behaviour. 2. In a 3-bed room cleaners were putting soaps, shower gels and shampoos for one or two persons only. |

Buffet breakfast was simply fantastic,bravo! In general I would say that the hotel is nice, even though guys in front desk look like they would prefer to be somewhere else but working in the hotel. As an example: the room that was given to me clearly needed to be hover, fair enough, but no apologize from them...?? is a matter of manners…also, don’t expect gels and shampoos to be replaced because it won’t happen… |
