The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located on Velilla Beach which is away from the busier beaches nearer the town centre. However, the shops and cafes of the town are only a short walk away along the seafront promenade.. I could not fault the hotel. We took the half board option and had good food and a large bedroom with a seaview on the cooler side of the hotel. There were plenty of other guests at the hotel who also seemd to be enjoying their stay. |

This is the second time my wife and I stayed at this hotel. It is very good value for money if you book well in advance.The rooms are really very nice.There are some nice cafes to on the beach front to the left of the hotel, and a very nice small, like private beach, just up the hill to the right of the hotel.I would advise on a car rental if you decide to stay here as ther is not a lot going on. Just really very far out from shops and so on. If you have rented a car for your holiday, this hotel is really good value for money. From here you are only 20 minutes from Motril, a nice small Spanish city. A trip to Granada to see the Alambra is a must! Also go and see the Nerja Caves, and Balcones De Europe in Nerja town, a half hour drive from this hotel. |

We liked the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel, but the staff were pleasant and efficient. The pool is fantastic. |

la atencion del personal con el cliente, nosotros cuando llegamos al hotel no nos funcionaba el aire acondicionado y nadamas que lo avisamos ya estaba un señor de mantenimiento a solucionarnos el problema la verdad que los 6 dias de nuestra estancia han sido muy buenos. del hotel no si de Almunecar el ayuntamiento no facilita la llegada de mas turismo por culpa de las condiciones y el estado de sus playas y calles creo que con el dinero que recaudan de los parquimetros ya podian terminar las obras que tienen empezadas en el paseo maritimo. |

Luxe hotel voor een redelijk prijs. Prachtige locatie vlakbij strand. Kleinschalige eetgelegenheid in de buurt. Stadje op 4 km. In het stadje weer veel oudheden te zien. Gezellige terrasjes en achteraf goed Spaans te eten. Niet wandelen naar het stadje (moet door doods gedeelte, Torremolinos-achtig). Neem de bus of auto! Koffie bij het ontbijt is niet te drinken. Slap vruchtensap. Kortom ontbijt is geen 4 sterren. |

Buena relación calidad/precio. Habitaciones grandes. Cortinas en las bañeras (un hotel de 4 est. debe tener mamparas) y el agua del spa no está caliente. |
