The reception was very good and helpful. They knew a lot about the local area and transport etc etc. It was warm, clean, very nice bathroom and room. Showed BBC Wales and lots of home channels! Renewed the shampoos and that daily which was a nice touch. |

-location to the metro -near enough to the sites -room was big & clean -the breakfast was very good. They didn't have dark window coverings. Our window was next to the H in hotel on the lighted sign, so our room was never dark enough. |

The location was great - only a two minute walk to the nearest Metro stop (Urgell) and maybe a 15 min walk max to the Placa Catalunya. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money. The restaurant was not open at all during our stay (low season I know but still...) and the bar food menu was extremely limited. Our only other problem was with the heat in the room. We were there in Feb but the weather in Barcelona was still very pleasant. Our room was extremely hot and uncomfortable at night and the air conditioning was churning out heat rather than cool air. We had to leave the window open to get any air. |

Large bed, very clean room, neighborhood location with access to popular sections of city. Too hot in room, unusual bathroom door that didn't completely close, safe not installed at check-in (but taken care of quickly), could have had a couple of more towels. |

The central location within Barcelona was perfect; it was always easy to locate after sightseeing and shopping anywhere in the city. The neighborhood has inexpensive eateries, plus some useful shops, including a charming toystore across the street from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the interior was calming. |

The room was clean. It was cold at night, but the heater did not work. Finally, I got a cold and ruined my trip. I was staying the room in front of the street and it was noisy at night. |

This hotel is such good value for money, it's modern and stylish, spotlessly clean, beautiful room-especially the bathroom, warm, comfortable bed, hotel staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful and attentive, it's in the city centre, you can even have champagne and smoked salmon for breakfast if you want! |

Nice and comfortable room. Enough space. Bed was nicely kept. The room maid had been thinking about how to keep my make up dry in the bath room and put down a little towel. Great thinking! The matras was a bit too hard. Some wall plugs were out of order and not fixed. TV old fashened. We had to keep the window closed because of street noise. Only on chair in the room (we booked a double room). |

The hotel stuff were very nice! The room was very clean. There were no full/queen size beds in the hotel. We received to single beds. When we asked for a one big bed, what they did was to attach two single bed and put one sheet on both. And then they called it one bed. Very uncomfortable. No Wi-Fi reception in the room. (Only out of the roon) Had to use cable which was uncomfortable as well. |

Great value for money! We were not extra charged for a double bed (as were some other reviewers). Reasonable prices for minibar and breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area only 2mins walk from Urgell and 15 mins walk form Pl.Catalunya. |

The maid cleaned the room very good. The location of hotel was Ideal for us. Well we were there in winter but when it was hotter weather it would have been nice if the hotel had a swimmingpool. Other than that everything was good! |
