The staff were always polite and helpful and the room was large and very comfortable. Great location and fabulous building/design. The only negative point for us was that the water for running the bath was set to a relatively low temperature so you could not have a hot bath. |

Most welcoming and efficient staff. Wonderful building which has been sensitively adapted. Prime location. On the 4th floor street noise was intrusive particularly during the night and early morning refuse collection |

near the city and shopping center room too dark, every thing is brown, no choclate and flowers when we arrived in the room and coridoor was brown, brown carpet need a new design for hotel rooms. |

Casa Fuster has an amazing staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, very helpful and extremely kind. The hotel description offers a roof-top pool which is a very inaccurate depiction of what is actually offered. At best it is 8'x10' and 2' deep. It is not a pool rather a visual enhancement only for the roof-top bar. Very disappointing. |

excellent location, historical building, original design, complaisant staff, live music in the cafe at the ground floor. very small room ( because of the the room size I did not feel that I was staying at 5* hotel) had a view on a back street. Inspite of the fact that they cleaned the room every day they did not do it thoroughly. Besides that I expected them to prepare a bed for a night as it usually done in the same category of hotels. Lack of a lobby and restaurant on lower floor are negative sides as well. |

Architeture and decoration quite suitable to the tradition of the city, make us really feel inside Barcelona style. Location is privileged, close to the best stores in town. Breakfast buffet relatively poor, specially regarding quality and lack of items replacing. One night we had dinner at the Restaurant Galaxó; one waiter only and the Maitre, who didnt know how to describe the chosen dish in the menu (Tenderloin Rossini style). More training needed. |

Hotel staff were very helpful and it is a lovely hotel in a nice area. Restaurant and bar prices extremely expensive even by 5 star hotel standards. Also we ate in the restaurant once and I was not very impressed, particularly given the price. |

The doorman from Uruguay was very nice. Royo, the deputy manager was very kind too. A few times, upon being asked a question, staff said "ok, I'll get back to you soon", but didn'T. |

Nous avons apprécié la beauté du bâtiment, sa situation dans un quartier agréable à quelques minutes du centre historique, la très grande gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le design et la taille de notre chambre. Excellente adresse. Les joints entre les plaques de marbre de la salle de bains ont été mal faits et de ce fait la salle de bains est difficile à entretenir et a de petites moisissures |

Para un hotel Monumento las habitaciones tienen muy buen diseño y acabados, los trabajadores son muy profesionales, es muy recomendable. Sin duda el salón de desayunos, en el sótano, lúgubre, sin luz natural, y el techo se cae a pedazos, impropio de un hotel de gran lujo. |

ジュニアスイートのバスルームは広い上、清潔で使いやすかった。 スーペリアダブルルームを予約。ウォーク・イン・クローゼットで雨漏りしだした。すぐにスタッフを呼んで、- 対応して貰ったが、雨漏りがライトのすぐ側で、危険なため「部屋を代えて欲しい」とお願いした。とろが次の- 部屋には「セパレート・シャワーブース」がなかった。 そのためレセプションで交渉、結果、「ジュニア・スイート」に泊まることになった。 後で考えると、予約では「スーペリア・ダブル・ルーム」で、「ハイドロマッサージ・バスタブ」が付いている- 筈だが、最初の部屋、には付いていなかった。最初、割り振られた部屋が「スーペリアダブルルーム」だったの- かは疑問。いずれにしても「雨漏り」にはとてもビックリした。 [ワイヤレスの無線ラン無料」とあるが、無線は使えず、チェックインの際ケーブルを渡された。 カードキーではなく、1つの鍵を渡され、出入りのたびに、レセプションに鍵を置くが、面倒。 |
