Personalul hotelului a fost destul de primitor, iar hotelul este destul de frumos. Mi-a placut mancarea, care este diversificata si bogata, precum si servirea la mese. In plus, amplasarea hotelului este foarte buna. Mai multe posturi TV (eventual si in limba engleza) si serviciul de climatizare in camere, care ar trebui sa fie functional si peste 20 grade celsius pe toata perioada anului. |

Personalul este destul de bine pregatit,nu stapanesc bine limba engleza dar ne-am descurcat.Micul dejun este unul copios,dupa parerea mea cel mai bun din ce am intalnit pana acum.O pozitionare excelenta,langa:metrou,tren,statii de autobuz.EN.The staff is pretty well prepared, not master English well but it is ok.The breakfast was sumptuous, in my opinion the best of what I met up . Peretii erau deosebit de subtiri si se auzea absolut totul din camerele vecine si categoric si de la noi.Daca doreai sa auzi chineza,japoneza,italiana,franceza...nu trebuia decat sa intorci capul spre peretele respectiv.EN.The walls were very thin and heard of absolutely everything and absolutely neighboring rooms.Wanted to hear Chinese, Japanese, Italian, French ... |

Este un hotel minunat, foarte bine situat langa 2 statii de metrou.Micul dejun a intrecut totul.Va recomand acest hotel, noi vom reveni cu drag la H10 ITACA Barcelona. |

The hotels staff is very polite, very convinient location, close to underground and railway station and some of the tourist attractions, very reasonable price which includes good breakfast as well. Superior double room is actually not that superior. I wonder what the standard room looks like. My room was very small with dirty walls and ceiling. Twin beds not double. AC doesn't work, when its on it actually pushes hot air. The staff confirmed the problem but did nothing to resolve it. The hotel situated in a very busy area with a constant street noise. Closed window didn't help. On the checkout they wanted to bill me for some items from the minibar which I didnt use at all. Happilly they didnt insist when I told that there is some mistake. Overall - the hotel is ok, but not 4 stars. |

Design rooms (make sure to ask for a renovated room) and nice terrace & lobby, cava and water at the reception, very close to metro and train station (5min walk). 5 euro supplement per night for a renovated room |

Proximity to Sants Train Station, design, breakfast No water in the mini-bar. Cleaners woke me up in the morning. More attention should be given to staff. |

The Staff were very helpful with their advice on restaurants and travelling, the breakfast selection was very good and the outside patio area was nice as well. Our tea and coffee making supplies were not ever topped up, there was no information about the hotel in our room and it would have been nice if there was a swimming pool. |

Very nice and clean rooms. Located at few 100 meters of Saints train station so easy connection to metro and train to the airport. If you plan to go out late in the old town, you'll need to take a taxi back cause bus connection is not great |

Near to metro & train, only 5' on foot. Breakfast. Most of the staff are kind and they speak english. CLEANNESS(The cleaning was too poor!When we arrived we found many hair everywhere on the floor and they stayed there until the last day,although we stayed 7 days!!They didn't change the sheets and the towels...we had to throw them on the floor in order to it),WIFI(We stayed on the last floor and there was not at all wifi access!! We complained in the receprtion and they gave us a cable for the internet after 3 days!Until then we had asked for it many times),AIR CONDITIONING(The last 4 days we had no air condition!We complained at the reception, but nothing was done to fix it and they didn't give us any explain).Genarally the services and the comforts was too poor & expensive.We paid for a superior room & a 4 stars hotel but it wasn'T... |

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, very stylish and tasteful, very clean. The staff at the desk is very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel rooms invite you to stay longer and relax. There is a great terrace where you can escape the noise and chaos of the city for a few hours with nice cocktails and a book. Bathroom was great, very beautiful. Facilities in the room were excellent. All in all a great treat. Rooms are a bit noisy (noises from hallway, elevator and other room). Cleaning the room took too long a few times even with the "please clean" sign left on the door (although this was immediately solved after talking to the front desk). |
