Pot scrie ce nu mi-a placut: personalul de la receptie este nepoliticos. In plus, desi am suferit un accident din cauz conditiilor precare ale dotarii camerei de hotel (baia era f tocita si alunecoasa drept pt care am alunecat si ajuns la spitalul de urgente) nimeni din partea hotelului nu s-a deranjat sa ne intrebe macar cum ne simtim!!! Avand in vedere rata ridicata a somajului din Spania, se poate imbunatatii considerabil "amabilitatea" personalului angajat al receptiei prin angajarea unor persoane care sa lucreze cu placere, "cu zambetul pe buze" |

The hotel and staff was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. We were disappointed that we couldn't control the air conditioning and that we had to pay extra for the use of the safe. We couldn't use the refrigerator because the electricity would shut off every time you removed the key card from the shot. |

Excellent location! Quiet during the night. Very clean room. The decoration is not so 2000 but everything was clean and in order. I could definetly recommend. The price/quality is fine! |

Didn't know what to expect, as I booked on the net, but was pleasantly surprised by the convenience, cleanliness and friendliness at Hotel Lleo.I didn't book breakfasts but ate there at 23 euro for two. Choice excellent. Only had one pillow but I'm sure they'd have supplied another had I bothered to ask. |

Lleo is very close to Metro and Rambla.Hotel staff is polite. There were big insects in my room. Shower was not ergonomic. Breakfast is very expensive. |

The location is excellent. Hotel room was very tidy and cleaned every day. Very friendly staff and did their very best to help despite language problems. Highly recommend it. |

Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. No kleenex, twin beds rather than queen. Had some problems with check-in -- person could not find second reservation, never apologized for problems, did not recognize us when we went back (we had to go there 4 times to get the two rooms -- once we were there way early, once just a few minutes early, third time got only one room), could not find the copy of passports they had already made, etc. Other people were much nicer. Did not get wake up call on one of the two rooms. |

The breakfast I couldnt sleep at all. The matress is so soft that we woke up every day with back ache. At the last night I was sleeping on the floor on pillows. I told the people there but there was nothing to do. Second, all evenings there were smells coming up, probably from the kitchen. We were on the 4th floor ( after changing twice the rooms because of noise from, the main street) and the smells reached us to the 4th floor. Also I had to ask to lawer the temperature of the aircondition all times but this is not a reason to complain about it. The main things are the beds and the smells. |

Reception staff were very helpful and the location is excellent. Room was cleaned every day stayed in room 201 which only has a window onto a shaft. not acceptable |

Good breakfasts and good value reasonably priced bar food in evenings, comfortable rooms, convenient central location. Poor means of escape in the event of fire. Only one exit route from our room on the 4th floor. There was an fire exit in the other direction, but the door to it was locked and was clearly not meant to be used as it was not signposted as a fire escape. This would prevent me using this hotel again. |
