I really enjoyed my stay at the HCC Regente Barcelona, the reception staff were fantastic they were efficient, friendly and really added to the the holiday atmosphere. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful. The breakfast was very good and again the staff were welcoming. |

Comfortable and clean Under-staffed - one guy was looking after 2 bars and room service and the level of service suffered. No kettle in the room. TV reception was patchy. No wireless in the room (free wired, but who carries cables any more!). Room was small for 4*. |

place is very close to city center, breakfast is excellent. Balcony rooms are quite nice They collected all the money in the check-in for two days. This was not neccessary and wasn't so polite. |

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights midweek, lovely entrance and central location. Clean bedroom and bathroom although not much of a view as facing a wall! But was very quiet at night. Great aircon - was very hot during our stay, and lovely to have a dip in the (tiny) pool to cool down. Overall, very quiet hotel, no complaints, would recommend to friends. |

zentrale Lage Ausschlaggebend für die Wahl des Hotels war das im Internet besonders herausgestellte Schwimmbad auf dem Dach. Erst bei unserem Aufenthalt erfuhren wir, daß es derzeit geschlossen war. |

God beliggenhed i dejligt kvarter. Stille og roligt med super café (cafe & té) næsten lige ved siden af på samme gade. Synes det er noget frustrerende at få et værelse med udsigt til en mur et par meter væk. Føltes som at være i en kasse, men er generelt svært at få godt værelse med 3 opredninger. Hvis vi skulle bo der en anden gang, ville vi bestille et værelse med balkon, selvom det kun er til 2 personer... |

a souligner un accueil en Français et la disponibilité de hôtesses ainsi que des serveurs au petit déjeuner absence de parking mais c'est semble t-il la règle à barcelone |

Reception hekilökunta erittäin ystävällinen ja auttavainen.saimme yllätyksesksi parvekkeeliset huoneet, vaikka he aivät varmasti luvanneetkaan. oli jo vähän kuluneet huoneet, etenkin kokolattiamatto.Samoin huoneesssamme haisi viemärille. Valitimme, ei paljon auttanut. |

Het zwembad mag niet de naam zwembad hebben. De deur wordt niet voor je open gehouden als je met je koffer staat te martelen. Toiletpapier niet aangevuld. Bar-personeel niet vriendelijk en attent. Ontbijt niet in juiste prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding. |

De ligging aan de Rambla Catalunya was prefect, prima uitvalsbasis. De geluidsisolatie van de kamers. Alles wat op de gang gebeurde, was hoorbaar in de kamer. Telkens er een toilet doorgespoeld werd, was het alsof je zelf overspoeld zou worden. |
