Nice interior of the hotel. Lovely room decoration. Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle from/to airport Madrid Barajas works good (phone to the hotel when you have arrived) It would be nicer with a softer mattress and a bit quieter AC/heating system |

We stayed at the Melia Barajas for the pool. Very disappointing! The swimming pol was filthy, fullof leaves and one of the walls covered with green algae. |

Very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The best airport hotel, the airport shuttle works 24h, that was easy and prompt. We had no problem getting to the airport at 5 a.m. Good room service 24h, room was great, soft pillows, perfect workspace, and seperate bath and shower. Free WiFi. On check-in reception was too slow, we're tired as hell and wanted sleep, but should been stay on reception for a while, manager is typing all our documents. Please use the scanner or copier, we are in XXI century. Thank you. |

My wife and I did enjoy the hotel during our two-day stay. It is confortable, spascious and great dining room. Very good food and dining room service. Its closeness to the airport and the airportbus is a major help when coming and going by air. We recommend it highly. Also, Barajas Village, or small suburban city gives it a special charm. |

The hotel employees were very friendly and courteous. I was traveling alone (woman) and had a wonderful meal alone in the hotel dining room. The staff was attentive and I didn't feel out of place eating by myself. My room was extremely comfortable - great pillows and nice separate shower and bath. I would definitely stay there again, especially if travelling alone. |

Pues la verdad es que el hotel está genial, bien ubicado, aunque no está en el centro de Madrid tiene una parada de metro cerca y está bien ubicado, la zona es buena, y en referencia al hotel, el personal siempre muy atento, la verdad es que si vais a pasar unos dias a Madrid os lo recomiendo. |

Para una noche puente entre aviones es ideal. Para visitar la ciudad está un poco lejos, pero no demasiado, el metro esta a 8 minutos del hotel y luego no se tarda demasiado al centro de la ciudad. El hotel es muy comodo, habitación muy grande y confortable. |
