Atmosfera placuta, linistit, foarte nou construit, mobilier nou cu un raport bun pret/calitate, tv lcd, foarte curat, breakfast care ne-a multumit pe toti, piscina. Nu am sugestii pentru imbunatatire, considerand serviciile oferite si promptitudinea personalului. Totusi, am aflat ulterior ca sunt camere care au inclusa si o camera special destinata ca bucatarie, ca urmare o mai buna popularizare a acestei facilitati ar face bine atat clientilor, cat si hotelului. |

Ne-a placut amabilitatea si disponibilitatea personalului ,confortul,curatenia,asigurarea transportului de la / la aeroport,accesul la internet 1.Sa fie precizate pe site-ul hotelului ,fiind foarte necesare pentru clientii noi,locul exact al statiilor de preluare al clientilor de pe fiecare dintre cele 4 terminale ale aeroportului 2.Sa existe la receptia hotelului harta turistica cat mai detaliata a Madridului ,inclusiv pentru traseele optime cu autobuzul si metroul |

we had conecting flight the following day, the hotel was perfect, close to airport, free transfer, reasonable rates, breakfast included. It was very cold and I was travelling with 2 children and wanted to ring reception to arrange transfer and to see if there was room service, there was no information in the room, ie number to dial for reception, or menu for room service. |

It was a great place to relax in transit. Remarkably healthy, tasty food in restaurant and bar. The suites have a full kitchen and separate living room with TV and fold out dining-room table. They have computers on the reception floor and use is free. I´ve been there before and plan to book another overnight there in Feb. When the TV is on in the bar, it´s really loud and hard to read. Still, with a suite, you can sit in your living room and read. |

The apartment was nice - two seperate rooms, bedroom and small living room, all in all it was ok for the price The hairdryer wasn't working, the windows in my room didnt close properly, the staff wasnt very friendly or interested in the needs of hotel guests annnd it was very loud in the evenings - cause of the staff removing dishes from conferenc rooms.. The bath was waaaay too small! |

Internet connection for free I think that is better if you have some adaptator for business people that can use them PC in the hotel. I been around Madrid for to find italian adaptator. |

nice big room and second room,Good t.v .Plenty to eat, Good management .Peaceful and relaxing. Shuttle service. There was an minor accident in the room, due to some faulty furniture, but the manager made amends for this. The public transport is not that easy to find. |

It was value for money, spacious and clean. Beds were good. breakfast buffet included was fine. Loved the free mini bus service to the airport and the fact that there is a large shopping centre 5 min walking away with a large food court on the top floor. Pool area was closed, but with that also the back door, and the receptionists didn't want to open the door, although they say us, so we needed to walk all around the hotel to walk through the main entrance Its little things like this, which provides the service, but all 4 receptionist were saying no.The evening buffet was 14 euro pp and it was not good. It was a shame you couldn't order anything a la carte. |

Convenient to airport with free shuttle bus but also close to shopping mall (not just an industrial suburb).Bright lights in the room allows comfortable reading. Reasonable restaurant saves going to look for food outside. |

Roomy, very clean and modern. Airport shuttle was a great feature, and you should extend that to the closest Metro station. Free Room safe was also a very nice feature.. The location. Transport to the city was very difficult. Shower water pressure should be increaased. Hotel lobby ramp to the guest rooms was very steep and my wife almost had a bad accident on that account. |

I liked the bathrooms and toiletries, the apartment was very clean. The cafeteria offered basic but nice food, staff very friendly. Very useful bus service to airport and free coffee and biscuits before early departure very welcome. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was that the soundproofing was not good and it was noisy all night. Luckily I had ear plugs but the rest of my party did not! |
