The staff we're very friendly and spoke great english. They gave us a lot of information about what to do in Madrid. The area also was amazing, short walking distance to restaurants and tour bus stops perhaps the closet space was alittle tight |

The design of the hotel and it's collection of Egyptian artifacts makes this hotel stand out from the rest. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. |

The immediate atmosphire when arriving is very impressive with all the objects of art and beautiful design. Staff is very helpful and one finds himself in the very midst of the great city of Madrid. |

Stylish nice concept Gay pride weekend and most guests were gay. Hotel staff tend to "sneer" at the guests. Front desk staff never greets anyone with a smile! Very unlike uk hotels.. |

The Hotel is in a fabulous location in Madrid. It is close to shopping and great eateries, and is very stylish and well designed. Staff on reception were cool. |

It in a great location near Sol and palace. Rooms are very nice with super baths for Europe. Open bar at top is fantastic with great drinks. No criticisms except everything is expensive. No need for duplex room as standard is much more functional and lower rate. |

Lo mejor es el personal y la ubicación. Personal francamente amable y atento. Las habitaciones están realmente sucias, las mantas raídas y las toallas depende del día. A las rejillas del aire acondicionado de lo sucias que están les sale pelusilla. En la habitación hace frío, es muy poco confortable. |
