Am fost intampinati de un personal f bine pregatit. Poate am avut si noroc, dar asta este. Camera era curata, frumoasa, spatioasa. Decor deosebit pt honeymoon. Privelistea superba. Distractie in fiecare seara. Aproape de plaja(1 min), aproape de magazine si restaurante, supermarket.(maxim 5 min distanta fata de fiecare). Am avut doar mic dejun, insa era f variat si pt toate gusturile. Arhitectura deosebita cu un interior luxuriant. Eu l-as recomanda, chiar si celor pretentiosi. |

Servicii grozave, mancare foarte buna si pentru toate gusturile, personal amabil, locatie aproape si de plaja si de magazine. Poate ca s-ar putea schimba televizoarele sau vopseaua peretilor, astfel incat locul sa fie si din acest punct de vedere mai aproape de zilele noastre, decorul fiind cam depasit. |

modul interesant in care este gandit ca arhitectura interioara acest hotel, piscina, precum si calitatea serviciilor de masa o parcare mai generoasa ar fi un lucru bun pentru ei |

Good location, nice communal areas and friendly helpful staff the room was a bit 'dated', the pool area had sunbeds packed like sardines and you were lucky to find one available |

This has been our 3rd visit to Mare Nostrum Resort. We love all of the hotels. Staff v helpful and friendly. Pool service and staff excellent. |

Good location, ambiance, entertainment First room offered had faulty airconditioning. The second room was perfect. More animation staff needed to motivate younger crowd in the participation e.g dance classess, evening music need to be more mixed for young and older crowd. |

Great breakfast The pools are not great and close at 1900. They make you rent your fridge in your room. For a five star hotel I'd expect to be able to use the fridge in the room. Their rationale is they have 24 hour room service. They are in Las Americas but way on the end, stay more central. |

Food very good, great position for beach and shopping area, pool towels beds all excellant We could not fault it in any way except there are no tea and coffee making facilities in rooms, but was supplied with kettle on request without charge. |

I thought the friendliness of the staff was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. i liked the roof top pool area it was lovely to relax in a quiet area. and also the location is perfect. The restuarant was clean and you had an amazing choice of food for breakfast buffet. Only the bathroom was quite small and toilet not easily accesable, the shower curtain was hanging from the ceiling by a loose screw and at one point fell down. the hairdryer was awful absolutely usless!!! |

Nice breakfast, nice pool and clean, staff spoke all languages, good location Not 5 star, more like 3. The spa and indoor poor is not free and is not part of the hotel but in another near by. Room is very basic and the picture advertised for the room is not that hotel which is very misleading all round. |

We didn't like the room and we moved to the cleopatra hotel in the same resort wich was much cleaner and the view was awsome-to the ocean. The pool was cleaner. The furniture was old, the sheets were not as clean as for a five star hotel. The hotel was almost three stars. |

The Staff at the hotel was the most memorable factor, food was excellent and the pool fantastic. Rooms slightly small and the entertaniment was average and catered mainly for Spanish guests. |

Good clean facilities; excellent food; plently off towels, parasols and sun lougers around the pool Booking in and checking out service could be improved, as there were long queues; bathroom showers and curtain did not work well as there was always water on the bathroom floor |

Lovely hotel, good location, clean and friendly. Would probably go back. We were staying only B&B, so any drinks or food purchashed from the hotel on top of this were very expensive. |
