The location, see view, mountain view. Extra pay for use of safe box and also necessity to pay in advance all the price for a stay is a strange policy of the hotel. Also, hotel during the night time is very noisy. Use of spa is for extra fee. |

Excellent location for a quiet break. Second visit to this hotel and not disappointed. Food is of a higher than normal standard and good variety. Great staff. |

Situation de l'hotel par rapport à la mer, détente, repos et nourriture Nous avons été déçu car lors de notre arrivé, au chek in, il y avait une différence de prix en notre faveur (environ 150euros) entre le prix du moment du séjour (du 22 au 31-10) par rapport à la réservation (25-08). Comme j'avais donné le document de la réservation en toute honnêteté. Les factures qui avaient été faite au prix du moment ont été changés. Nous trouvons cette démarche mal honnête !!! |

La ubicacion y las vistas de la habitacion Hubo un malentendido al abandonar el hotel con respecto a la cancelacion de la cuenta debido a un error en el sistema de facturacion del hotel que resulto realmente desagradable y que demostró una falta de profesionalidad por parte de los empleados de recepcion y por parte de la direccion que nos hizo tomar la decision de no volver aun siendo un hotel con una situacion privilegiada |

De kamers waren groot, de keuken prima verzorgd. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. de badkamer was keurig, echter erg klein. |

Het uitzicht is indrukwekkend, de bufetten zeer goed, het personeel zeer vriendelijk ; Bij aankomst wou men ons een standaardkamer geven ondanks dat wij voor een superior gereserveerd hadden , het heeft 5 uur geduurd eer dit in orde was ; |

Das Hotel ist malerisch gelegen und gut erreichbar. Interessante Innenarchitektur. Duerftiger Badestrand und all inclusive Mentalitaet, die nicht zu unseren Erwartungen gehoeren. Im Hotelbereich (Vor allem Balkone) darf geraucht werden, der beim Lueften ins Zimmer hineinzog. Besser wuerde eine konsequente Unterteilung in Raucher- und Nichtrauchergebaeuden. |

me gusta la estancia en el barcelo santiago por todo, comodidad, limpieza, buena atencion y en cuanto a las comidas pues muy bien, se come muy bien. de momento no tengo peros que poner, todo me ha ido bien en las 2 ocasiones que he estado. |

la ristorazione, l'animazone, la posizione tranquilla dell'hotel la rubinetteria del bagno rotta, poca pulizia della camera, aria condizionata non funzionante, richieste di cauzione per teli mare e pagamento per il cambio dei teli. |

Het hotel heeft een fantastische ligging tegenover het eilnd El Gomero en de rotsen van Los Gigantes. Ontbijt en diner zijn van goede kwaliteit en voldoende variatie. Het restaurant personeel doet zijn best om het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Een auto huren is gewenst. De aangeboden kamer nmr. 205 is de minste kamet van het hotel. wij hebben een andere kamer gevraagt, die was niet beschikbaar dus een upgrade naar een supriorkamer kosten € 160,00 extra. Receptiepersoneel werkt niet professioneel. Eten van goede kwaliteit maar vaak koud. Direct bij aankomst moet de volledige verblijfsduur betaald worden. |

Tenía gimnasio, spa. También tenía un espacio en la piscina donde podías servirte de todo lo que quisieras aunque no tuvieras el todo incluido. Las habitaciones eran muy confortables. Los clientes reservaban las tumbonas desde primera hora de la mañana y hubo una ocasión en la que no pudimos estar en la piscina por este motivo. Hay normas pero no se cumplen y encima el personal alega que todo depernde del criterio del cliente. ¡Vaya gracia!. |

Ruhige, wundervolle Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer, die Insel Gomera und die Gigantes-Klippen. Schöne und gepflegte Poolanlage. An zwei Tagen wurde unser Zimmer nicht hergerichtet??? Wir waren beide Tage an einem Ausflug und sind erst spät zurückgekehrt... Leider waren trotz Info an der Reception schon am Morgen die meisten Liegestühle mit Badetüchern besetzt! |
