A fost frumos, incepand de la curtea interioara cu piscine si cu plante foarte bine intretinute, pana la mancarea foarte diversificata si inclusiv divertismentul din fiecare seara, organizat la hotel. Personalul foarte dragut si ospitalier.Va multumim pentru ospitalitate. |

Huge apartment hotel around inside court with swimmming pools in nice landscaping. Apartments comfortable and well furnished, American style kitchen in living room part. Meals excellently organized and supervised. Internet and WiFi. Entertainment shows during the evenings. Hotel is good value for money. A little outside of Puerto Santiago. You might need a car, although local TITSA bus stop is at the hotel. Tiny bathroom, no windows, no shelves to put things on. Furniture upholstery very worn, as well as bed sheets. Poor TV channel selection. Wanted payment upfront for the whole stay in advance (in comparison to check-out). |

Location, having a kitchenette in the flat, staff were nice. Breakfast was made using very cheap ingredients. Coffee and tea were just awful. Also, rooms are very noisy. |

Quasi nulla per quanto concerne l'hotel. Il cibo è abbastanza vario e accettabile ma nulla di eccezzionale. Fortunatamente la spiaggia di Puerto de Santiago è carina e la vista delle scogliere fantastica. Albergo caotico e rumorosissimo. Appartamenti sporchi e privi di servizi di pulizia per due giorni la settimana. Camere orribili, buie, senza privacy e con letti scomodissimi. Manca il phon. Adatto solo per famiglie con bambini che passano l'intera vacanza in piscina. Alle nostre lamentele riguardanti la pulizia l'addetta alla reception si è messa a ridere!! Per fortuna siamo rimasti solo 3 giorni. |

een goed midden-klasse appartementen hotel uitermate geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen in de basis-school leeftijd. Bushalte voor hotel; goede parkeergelegenheid; strand op loopafstand evenals enkele goede horeca gelegenheden; uitstekende zwem-faciliteiten; iedere avond entertainment voor hen die dit zoeken. |

net appartementenhotel met veel algemene faciliteiten maar weinig faciliteiten op de kamer Geen koffiezet mogelijkheid op kamer, water alleen in pan te koken (thee). Meubilair versleten (bank - lades onder kluis - keukenkastjes).Zwembad niet verwarmd (alleen in winter) en dus nu koud (kennelijk winter al voorbij). Ontbijd niet inbegrepen zoals op Booking.com bevestiging aangegeven. |

Prima prijs/kwalitieit verhouding. Eten was vooral 's avonds gevarieerd en erg lekker. Veel keus. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. |

Hotel zeer geschikt voor wandelaars, bus waarmee je naar het startpunt van verschillende wandelingen kunt, vertrekt voor het hotel,slaapkamer zeer rustig gelegen mooi terras aan de woonruimte, maar aan de straatkant gelegen, druk doorgaand verkeer |

Vriendelijkheid personeel, kwamen nogal vroeg aan en mochten toch op de kamer, hadden laatste moment (dag voor aankomst) zeezicht gevraagd was ook perfect. Complimenten !!! Er is wel internet in het hotel in de lounge. |
