The view from the room was excellent.Hotel staff were helpfull and friendly.The food was delicious. |

Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful. The receptionists were always very patient with our poor Spanish and helpful with their English. Being able to leave baggage with them until late afternoon on our check-out day was a very helpful service. The rug and curtains desperately need cleaning, the bedspread should be washed and the moldy silicone in the bathroom needs repair. |

Excellent food The hotel misses out on quite small items which are easily dealt with - e.g. 1. small shelf in bathroom required for toiletries . 2.only one glass in bathroom - got one from the bar. 3.Small table/desk in room reqiured |

la situación en el paseo matítimo de Santa Cruz. Es bastante tranquilo, sobretodo las habitaciones que no dan a la carretera. El desayuno está bastante bien, acorde a un hotel de estas características. Hay conexión a internet gratis, cosa que creo que hay que destacar en estos tiempos que corren. |
