市内の主要観光地から離れているものの、市内へ行くバス停がすぐ近くにあり非常に便利。市内まで２０分程度。特に車で旅行する場合、市内へ入るのは難しい為、このホテルに留めていくのが便利。また、高速道に近い為、ホテル探しも容易であり、Nevadaスキー場へも３０kｍ程度で行ける。 |

ホテル側にも伝えたが、フロントが最悪。チェックイン時驚くほど不機嫌（怒っていた）な態度で対応をされた。こちらが何か悪いことをしたかと思うくらい。ホテルで食事をしたが、味も美味しいしサービスもとてもいいのに残念。チェックアウトのときも違う女性だったが仏頂面でがっかりだった。部屋は一見清潔そうだが、はじめからごみが落ちていたり、隅にほこりがたまっていたいした。アルハンブラまでナビを使って車で行ったが２，５キロはあった。 |

キレイでいいのですが、部屋でのノートパソコンの使用が１台だけで、自分のパソコンが結局、つなげる事が出来ませんでした。 |

Very comfortable with luxurious accommodations. Close to several restaurants and an extraordinary bakery / cafeteria. The trip to Alhambra was a short cab ride. |

Really luxary, real value for many.. Actually the best hotel I have ever stayed, and I stayed a lot... We have got whatever we asked - double bed, great views for super price... NICE...Plus it is very design stylish.. |

Excellent rate. One of the best hotel breakfasts anywhere. Convenient parking at a good price Location is not convenient to city centre at all. At least 20 min by bus. Most of the staff did not understand English well which significantly reduces service quality. A receptionist refused to give me a 30 min extra for checkout (never happened to me before). |

The location was an easy ride to center of town and to the Alhambra. The hotel is a 4 star location with excellent rooms. Hard to find unless you know that the hotel is exit number 2 from highway 395 |

Loved the peace although at the side of a dual carriageway you couldnt hear the traffic and u couldnt hear anyone in the adjoining rooms. Lovely hotel but would not have paid the daily room rate as it is far too high but with booking.com it was worth the money. No tea and coffee facilities in the room and we all love that. |

the reception staff doesn't behave properly with clients. between cynical smiles (when it's the client that had to suggest the way to solve a problem of the own hotel) and defaming insinuations, the staff needs to be more professional. no apologizes were done by them. unfortunately, I forgot to fulfill the complaint book. anyway, because of this bad experience I would never recommend this place, not even for my worst enemy. |

very clean and modern hotel, close to alhambra by car and only 5 minutes drive from the city center. lidel next to the hotel. i didnt try the bus because i got a car but i recommend to book a hotel in the city if u have no transport |

Todo muy bien.Perfect location to visit Granada ,easy access from main road.easy parking outside.Nice rooms very comfy beds. I would love to see cushions on the chairs by the pool.A bit hard to lay on the wood . |

very modern hotel, pools available, very nice and clean room, modern bathroom, cozy room, a lot of facilities present in this hotel (spa, massages,...) but didn't use any quite a big hotel, certainly a 35 minutes walk to the center of the city, situated at the outside area of the city so not really a citylike atmosphere there |

(+) Everything was perfect. The staff always polite & helpful. Room was excellent. Fantastic value for money. Its situated around 5-8 minutes by taxi from the center & around the same time to the Alhambra. Definately recommended. |
