Good location.

Hard beds, really hard. Kind of older rooms, a little musty smelling in the hall

its location in the city (shopping/museum/place to visit). near to the sea, near to the mountain. The Bilbao city is great !

Even though it is in a central location it was quiet and peaceful. Very nice hotel.

I was in a single room. It felt a little claustophobic because the window was high up and the decoration was dark.

good facilities and pleasant staff with intehrated car park which was valuable since otherwise,parking would have been a problem

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful.

I was put on the 7th floor and the lifts only went to the 6th which was a pain with my luggage and I was not told this when I booked or given a chose. The style and feel of the place is rather old fashioned, sort of corporate 90's. The breakfast was disappointing and better could be had in any of the cafes and bars near by

Centrally located close to the Guggenheim museum and to the old town

It was convenient for the railway stations and tram stop: it was easy to find, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good though a bit on the expensive side.

Reception staff - one very helpful, another obviously overworked. A rather poky window in the bedroom looking out onto a void on which people could walk so not safe to leave the window open at night.
