The hotel emplyee's are all very friendly and helpfull.Service in the restaurant and bars was good, just one subject to improve is the knowledge of foreign luanguages, the people in the restaurant and service should improve their English, this is not the case at the reception, their knowledge was good. The taxi driver who took us from the airport didn't knew this hotel, perhaps some advertisement? |

Modern, nice, clean and quiet 4 star near Plaza Norte 2 shopping area and MAD airport. Kind and friendly reception staff. Not a very large choice (and it couldn't be otherwise so i'ts ok the way it is) minibar drinks were surprisingly gratis which is a nice thing if you wakeup thirsty in the night/morning and want some cold water. Some things could be improved. Also window view is not hotel's best value but the hotel is still a good choice for incoming/outgoing travels via MAD airport and even if not close to any metro station i still rate this hotel at 9/10 given the value for money. |

Makkelijk te bereiken ligging bij doorreis. Prima overnachtingshotel met toch dichtbij een winkelcentrum voor enige afwisseling. Helaas was het restaurant was niet open op vrijdagavond; "slechts" uitsluitend beperkte roomservice faciliteit. Echter binnen loopafstand is een winkelcentrum waar voldoende restaurants zijn. |

Las habitaciones están muy bien y todo muy nuevo Lo que menos me ha gustado es que los sábados no tengas cocina caliente así que solo puedes tomar cosas frias y el desayuno del domingo igual aunque estaba bien. Creo que a las puertas les deberian poner algo para que no den esos portazos aunque no escuché ni un ruido durante la noche. |

La insonorizacion de las habitaciones, ademas, las cortinas no cerraban bien y entraba luz desde primera hora de la mañana, con lo que nos despertamos segun amaneció. Y en el baño no llega la calefacción con lo que hacia frio. |
