Adult only pool, great roof bar. Plenty of available sun beds, although I think it was a quiet period. Room clean, as was rest of hotel. Grounds well kept. No charge to hire pool towels, returnable deposit. Near bus stops for getting to other resorts. Overall it was good value despite comments about the food. We were half board but the food was not as you would expect at a 4* hotel and we chose to eat elsewhere most days for everything but breakfast. Poor choice of snacks. Good places to eat nearby. Friends who were staying in a block above the restaurant had cockroaches in their room as did the room they were moved to, but we didn't see any. Having to pay 1.5 Euro a day to have the fridge on in the room was a cheek, as was charging 1.70 Euro for a small bottle of water from a vending machine. You can't have mini bar stocked unless you pay 18 Euro and choose what to have in it from a menu. Not worth it though as everything expensive.The hotel is massive and it took 3 attemps of returning to reception for directions to locate room! |

The location of the hotel suited us as it is in a very quiet part of Costa Adeje. The pools were heated and there were plenty of sunbeds. Lots of activities going on throughout the day. The meals lacked variety. The other problem was if you went to the restaurant from the pool area you had to walk through a haze of smoke to get there. Being a non smoker I found this to be off putting before having a meal. |

Good location of the hotel.GOOD Food.good internet service.rooms big enough. Bad position of the swimming pool (almost always in shade) and the temperature of water not high enough.room without king size bed,although requested during booking. |

La atención y simpatía de la Srta. Estrella, empleada de Recepción Es un hotel pensado única y exclusivamente para turistas extrajeros. He viajado por muchos paises y nunca he tenido los problemas de horarios que había aquí. Me parece impresentable para un hotel que pretende ser de 4 estrellas que cierren el restaurante a las 21:45h. Les recuerdo que Tenerife sigue siento España y que aquí nos sentamos a cenar a esa hora. Es lamentable que para consumir un botella en el minibar que permanece cerrado con llave, sea necesario rellenar una instancia previa y dejar una fianza. Deben tener clientes-chorizos asiduamente. En la habitación (incluida la cama) y en el aseo circulaban las hormigas a placer. En fin, no volveré a su hotel y procuraré no recomendarlo. |

Het voldeed volledig aan onze wensen. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel , lekker eten (buffetvorm met zeer uitgebreide keuze - voor ieder wat wils), propere kamers, prima zwembaden, leuke animatie en vriendelijk animatieteam, alles was netjes, elke dag nieuwe handdoeken, grote bedden Een minuscuul klein minpuntje is het uitklapbed. Maar de overige bedden waren zo groot dat onze dochter er daar een van ingepikt heeft. Dus voor de rest helemaal geen klagen. |

La habitacion y los instalaciones como la piscina etuven mui limpiar y la posibiliad de usar la piscina grande y la piscina arriba a la terraza es fenomenal. el recepcionista que hizo el check in sin explicación y poco amable. La comida en el restaurante estuve fatal y el chico (creo qué esta el jefe del restaurante) tomó la comida qué está fuera de la fuente p.e. papas con sus manos y volvó a poner en su sitio. Y lo siento mucho pero todo el personal se parece desganado. |

Hotellet var barnvänligt med flera uppskattade fina pooler. De hade barnklubb varje dag och barnunderhållning på kvällen. Mycket uppskattat.Trevlig och hjälpsam hotellpersonal. Vi var tvugna att byta rum pga smådjur på toaletten, det luktade fukt och jag ansåg inte att det var ok städat. 4 stjärnor I spanien motsvarar inte 4 I svenska mått! Men personalen var mycket hjälpsam och vi fick byta rum och allt blev jättebra! Hög ljudvolym I matsalen. |

het buffet is uitstekend ,zeer vriendelijk personeel ,de kamers die uitzicht hebben op de zwembaden ,en de tropische tuinen is vrijwel mooi,iedere avond animatie. alles was naar onze zin , en is perfect verlopen. mischien zou ik jullie aanraden de fitness ruime wat te vergroten deze is beperk in toestellen |

lo mas que me ha gustado en donde esta situado no me ha gustado el poco espacio que tienen en la picina para tanta gente que había.El servicio del bufet no era muy bueno y nos sentimos ignorados por completo por el personal.Aunque la comida era muy buena y unos de los días llegamos tardes 6min y nos dejaron sin desayunar.Me parece un poco injusto ... |

Las instalaciones del hotel están bastante bien, y la ubicación del mismo cerca de la playa. Las camas de las habitaciones ya están viejas y son muy incómodas. Tienen que renovarlas no se puede prácticamente dormir en ellas. El baño deberían también de arreglarlo, la cisterna no paraba de echar agua y es una pena los litros de agua desperdiciados. No me parece bien que por una nevera vacía te cobren un 1,50 de alquiler por día. Es abusivo. La cena la ponen en un espacio corto de tiempo. De 7 a 7.30p.m. y de 8.30 a 9.00. |

El trato x parte del personal del hotel. No especificaron en qué consistía la media pensión y me hicieron pasar mucha vergüenza porque la primera noche no nos cobraron las bebidas de la máquina de refrescos y al día siguiente nos la quisieron cobrar, además la nevera q está en la habitación hay que alquilarla a 1,50€ día y no enfría.Lo peor fue la salida el domingo. A las 9 oímos el carro de la camarera de piso y al pasar por nuestra puerta tocó con varios golpes la puerta y a las 11 entró en la habitación sin llamar preguntando si nos iríamos a las 12. La 1ª cuestión la reclamé al subdirector y nos pidió disculpas pues fue fallo del hotel no explicar la media pensión, reproché a la camarera no al hotel pq lo único q quería era irme de allí |
