The way the accomodation was organised was excellent. All facilities and the way to use them was appropriately mentioned. One of the hotel staff told that they don't provide internet access (WEP key for access) as they are changing the mode to Pay For Internet a week later ( whereas I could see several people accessing. Inspite of me telling that nothing was mentioned while booking and that they should uphold the terms of conditions and also that I am ready to pay for the internet too, she refused to budge until another nice and well-organised colleague of her intervened and asked her to provide the WEP key. |

great location, attractive, well designed complex. Studio apartment had all equipment needed. Sofabed was at least super king size and very comfortable. Very private and quiet, even aroud the pool area. |

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were very friendly. We did not have a pool view, however we were not disappointed as we had a lovely balcony which had a great sun trap from 9am to late afternoon. |

The apartment was just fantastic, with everything you need, and very clean and roomy, with a lovely balcony, we loved it. They had though of everything. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool, bars and restaurant was great. The location was ideal, by the seafront. We had a wonderful time, and would definately like to go back. |

Staff were excellent, facilities in room and location were great. Our air conditioning was not working and we were immediately given the choice of three different apartments to move to. We did not use restaurants on site so can't comment on these. Would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments to anyone. |

We stayed in a studio apartment and it was fantastic. The kitchen was well equiped, there was a tv and dvd and the bathroom was luxury. We had a great time. Loved everything |

El hotel es perfecto, tienen todas las comodidades que necesites (nevera, horno, lavavajillas..), baño grande, terraza, y la piscina espectacular. Incluso en cuando dejas la habitacion tienen un cuarto de cortesia para dejar la maleta y duchas por si te apetece ir a la playa y ducharte luego. Sin duda volvere.y lo recomiendo. Nada, me ha gustado "todo", instalaciones, limpieza, el personal te ayuda con todo lo que necesitas. |

El apartamento está muy bien, es grande,espacioso,limpio. Es ideal para cocinar tiene horno, lavavajillas, microondas, incluye hasta jabón para lavar la loza. La ubicación inmejorable. Como muchos otros hoteles en el sur, toda la atención está dirigida a huéspedes extranjeros, sólo recordar que estamos en España y dentro del hotel se debe hablar español. |

het complex zit uitstekend in elkaar op een zeer goeie locatie wel heel veel engelsen doordat het eigenlijk een timeshare complex is de kamers worden om de 2 dagen gepoetst ook de lakens en handdoeken.de flats zijn vernieuwd een paar jaar terug. prijs kwaliteit een aanrader |

Lo que más nos ha llamado la atención ha sido la calidad de la habitación, y la limpieza en todos los lugares, a pesar de ser un hotel con vegetación. La piscina no estaba todo lo limpia que, a nuestro parecer, debería. |
