きわめて近代的で、おしゃれな内装でした。朝食もよかった。ヨーロッパでは標準的だが、泊まった部屋は、シャワーのみ(バスタブ無し)でした。WiFiも問題なく使えた。 シャトルの運行が30分遅れた。確実さを求めるなら、タクシー利用がよいかも知れません。 |

シャトルバスサービスの時間が決められていたこと。夜中の到着だったためシャトルバスを利用できなかった。この点について、予約画面に記載しておくべき。 |

1. フロントマンは英語が話せて良かった。2. ホテルから空港への送迎バスが予約でき、スムーズに移動出来た。到着の際の、空港からホテルまでの移動についても事前に予約ができればなお良かった。タクシードライバーが英語ができず不安な思いでホテルにたどり着いた（料金メーターを無視した、２０Ｅの請求が果たして適当であったのか判断がつかなかった）。3. シャワールームは清潔で熱いお湯が出た。4. モーニングコールもきちんと対応いただいた。 チェックインの際、部屋の窓が開けっ放しであったため、寒かった。道路を走る車の騒音、廊下を歩く音や、ドアの開け閉め、隣の部屋のテレビの音、エレベーターの音がうるさく眠れなかった。 |

激安価格だったので、正直期待していなかったのですが、さすがBest Western！と唸らざるを得ないすばらしさでした!設備もスタッフもすばらしかったです。（安いプランだったのに!）ヨーロッパで、あんなに満足なお風呂タイムを楽しめて、お部屋も広いホテルなんて、初めてでした! 立地。タクシーの運転手に連れて行ってもらったとき、わかりにくい場所にあったのか、随分迷ったので。（まぁホテルのせい、とはいえませんが。） |

Easy location near the airport. Drop off at the wrong terminal in the morning, cost me 10 Euro to get to the other terminal to make my flight. |

Near to airport. Room was big and clean, bathroom was great. Staff very nice. We had 2 children with us and could not access the proper food at a reasonable time, only bar snacks. |

As in the past the reason for choosing this hotel was the fact that it is close to airport and better than some others near the airport. Good parking facilities was also the reason. We have a feeling that the service and and therefore the comfort is not anymore as excellent as in the past. |

Free shuttle to the airport. Friendly stuff. First we booked 2 nights, and the price for one night was good. But we needed to cancel one night, but didn't know that the price for this night will be different - too much money for one night we spend. |

It had everything we needed and the price was right. We asked for a 3:30 a.m.wake-up call that did not come until 3:50 a.m. Luckily we were able to be ready for our 4:30 a.m. taxi. Please put shuttle times on your website. We booked your hotel because of the airport shuttle service but had to take a taxi because of the early time. |

Food was good. Nice reception area. The smoking room we were assigned was over the external air conditioning units which meant it was very noisy. I mentioned this to the receptionist who really didn't seem to care. its as if we were smokers so tough. Also the air conditioning in the room didnt go low enough. |
