食器や調理器具は揃っていましたが調味料はありませんでしたので自炊される方は持参したほうが良いと思います。部屋はとても広く清潔で、過ごしやすかったです。水道水も問題なく飲めます。朝食ビュッフェもおいしかったです。すぐ隣のブロックにEl Corte Ingresという大きなデパートがあるので買い物には大変便利。地下鉄の駅もすぐ近くで、中心地へ観光に行くのも便利。治安もよく感じました。They have kitchen set (pans, dishes, etc. They don't have seasonings). The guest room was spacious and really clean. The tap water was drinkable. Good breakfast. シャワーのお湯がすごく熱くなったり冷たくなったり。。。あまりたくさんお湯を出さず、水圧低めに使うのがポイントです。部屋にティッシュがなかったのも少し驚きました。The temprature of the shower wasn't stable. There wasn't any box of tissues in the guest room. |

レストラン情報や電車時刻表情報を日本人スタッフが親切に提供してくれるので非常に便利。ミネラルウォーターの無料サービスも良い。 JSTVの受信状態が不安定なことがあるのでその点は覚悟しておくこと。 |

台所用品を持参で行ったが、フロントに申し出たらすべてのものが揃っていました。清潔な台所で使い易かったです。居心地のいいお部屋でした。 |

日本人スタッフの方がおられて，とても丁寧に対応してくれました．朝食バイキングも下記の点を除けば申し分ない内容でした．今回の利用はビジネス目的でしたので問題ありませんでしたが，ダウンタウンでの観光を考えれば，立地的に少し不便かもしれません． 朝食に白米があるのには感動しましたが，水気が多く，ベタベタのご飯で，せっかくのご飯を美味しくいただくことができませんでした．もう少し，お米の炊き方を勉強してもらいたいです．また，「焼き鳥のたれ」のかわりに醤油があればもっと嬉しかったです． |

Clean, spatious room. I particularly liked the little kitchenette facility - it made breakfast very easy! The room was nice and big too, in comparison to other hotels where my colleagues were staying which were in the same price range. It was a short walk to the metro and buses, close to a shopping area and close to restaurants. I was very happy with it and would stay there again - good value for money. The only problem I had was with the shower - the water temperature cycled from hot to cold constantly |

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very efficient.if you just want to sleep there and nothing else it is perfect. Although Internet access was provided the system would not allow mail retrieval from Yahoo. The Buffet Breakfast was not that great. Not enough attention paid to healthy choices. Fried eggs were swimming in oil. |

The location is very convenient: close to the direct metro line to go to Ramblas. Kitchen with a fridge is a nice feature. The room was rather spacious for two people. Kitchen equipment (plates, pots, silverware, etc) is not provided by default, so one has to ask for it. It was brought right away, however. But with the remnants of food from previous user. The plumbing is rather noisy. Could hear the neighbors using the bathroom. The metro seems to be right under the hotel, so when the train passes there is some vibration and noise, even on the third floor! |
