部屋は充分に広く、キッチン用具電子レンジ・洗濯機もありました。(バレンシア通りのアパホ） Muntaner通りのアパホを予約したのに、系列バレンシア通りの部屋になってしまい残念。値段もそのまま。子連れには多少公共機関が遠い。また、わかる人には｢眠れない｣系ホテルかもしれません。 |

部屋によって、洗濯乾燥機の状態がバラバラでした。私が宿泊した部屋はちゃんとドラムも回ったのですが、良心gな泊まった部屋のは乾燥時にドラムが回らず、なかなか乾かずこまりました。あと、バスタブがあっても栓がなくて、ガッカリしました。それ以外はおしゃれでよかったです。 バスタブがあるなら、フタをつけてくださいね。あと、洗濯乾燥機はすばらしかったのですが、きちんと整備してください。 |

We enjoyed being able to save some money on meals by purchasing food at the market and making our own meals. The hotel is conveniently located to La Rambla and Gaudi architecture. I would have preferred not having to wash our own towels throughout the stay. |

Very nice appartment, well equiped, located within walking distance of all the attractions in an amazing city. We had the appartment that sleeps 6 for 2 nights but had plenty room for 2 more if we needed it. We would definitely book this appartment again when we return to Barcelona, 2 nights too short for all to see and do. Buzzing noise at intervals during the night in main bedroom. They said it was the air con, but we had it switched off, but enough calemocho helped the second night! |

The apartment was a good value for a family of five with ample space and two bathrooms. The clothes washing machine in the unit did not function properly. The clothes did not get clean and the spin cycle did not remove excess water. I had to rinse and hand wring all the clothes. The location was too far from the central tourist area and had no close metro stop. The key pick-up is on Mutaner, but the actual apartment is 3-4 blocks West of the pick-up address. We would have preferred to be closer to Los Ramblas (on or East of Mutaner). The actual address of the apartment should be given so others can decide if this non-central location is acceptable before booking. Listing only the office address for key pick-up is misleading. |

Good location, friendly staff Very small for 4 people, not very comfortable. No one on site in the evening so if you forget your key you are out of luck to get in to the main door. Would have rather stayed in a hotel |

The staff is quite helpful & the location is pretty convenient and safe. It'd be perfect if they also clean up the apartment & change the towels on a daily basis. |

Easy to find. Nice and chique apartments. Quiet location with balcony facing a courtyard. Wireless did not work with my non-windows laptop. |

Proximity to the city centre, with excellent transport links nearby. The large balcony was a plus too. Dusty floor - looks like it hasn't been hoovered for weeks. |

Apartment was centrally located, busy street, easy to hail taxis. Nice shopping, convenient coffee shop. We were glad we booked a two bedroom. We needed one room for the luggage alone. We felt if we wanted a one bedroom, we would have stayed in a traditional hotel (where rooms are usually much smaller). Good value. Dishes were very useful. All appliances were in good working order. Really wish daily housekeeping included more than just garbage removal. Picture of apartment showed modern furniture and a flat screen tv. Our sofa was falling apart and only 2 channels were clear enough to watch on a tiny, antenna tv. |

Get a feel of living in the small apartment in the big city. Close to main attractions. (10 min walk to plaza Cataluniya). Exellent communication from hotel management before, during checkin and after checkout. Have washer/dryer and dishwasher. Internet connection was failing. Shower curtain is very short, so first time when taking shower ended up with a lot of water on the floor. Was not sure how to clean lint from dryer. AC is noisy. Refrigerator was dripping inside. |

Spotless, couteous staff (even let us use the computer to check-in our flight and print our boarding passes), gave us directions of the city and spoke english very well. Away from the noise, but central enough to walk everywhere. |
