ビーチやレストランにも出かけやすい距離。スタッフも親切で、レストランや街の概要など説明してくれました- 。部屋も十分な広さがあり、予約の際にメッセージを入れてお願いした通り、市庁舎(?)の広場に面した、山の上のお城なども見える良い部屋に泊まれました。Close to the beach and restaurants. The staffs are very kind and helpful to discover the town. The room was enough big and clean. It was nice to have a view of town hall and the castle on the mountain.

We stayed 2 nights and had 2 exceptionally good buffet dinners, with live music and dancing later. Staff members are so friendly and attentive. Wonderfully relaxed breakfast buffet in dining room with heavenly views. Great variety of freshly cooked foods.

The location was perfect for a city break in the old quarter of Alicante

Be very careful with the shower. The cold water pressure kept dropping causing very hot water to flow in room 307

Excellent location, clean, friendly hotel easily accessible from the airport by the C6 bus which ran every 20 minutes. Close to tourist sites eg old town, cathedral,castle and beach also near to good, reasonably priced, cafes and restaurants.

Didn't have a bar or restaurant and was very noisy and dusty due to work on the square although this will enhance the front of the hotel, when finished.

Great hotel. The big thing about this hotel is location, location, location 15 min from the airport. On the best location possible. 1 minute to the beach, and the marina. Staff are excellent good English.

Construction going on in the court yard in front at present, but not a real problem. Lobby is tiny and so is the lift.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room cleaning was first class.

Unfortunately there was not much to like about the hotel and is certainly does not merit 4 stars as there was no bar, no dining facilities, very poor. The location is excellent but was ruined by noise from building works which I appreciate is not the hotel's fault but we should have been warned so we could at least have made an informed choice. Also we placed our towels on the floor to get clean ones as we were told to do and the lazy staff simply hung them back up, saoking wet, not very hygenic given that they have been on the floor!

I cannot say a bad word at all,most of the staff were great and very helpfull. The hotel was in the perfect location for what we wanted from our weekend. One of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in.

Great location in 'old town'. Easy access to beach, marina, bars and restaurants whilst still being part of a bustling city. Many wedding outfits to view on Saturday at Town hall opposite whilst enjoing a drink outside hotel.

Unfortunately the town hall square was being completely renovated which made access to the hotel difficult, especially by car and also noisy and dusty during the day. Loud late night revellers made sleeping somewhat impossible before 5.00 a.m.

Hotel is extermely well located for both the beach and the town centre without the need for transport. This enabled us to return to our room to 'put our feet up' as and when we liked.

There is no tea/coffee makimg facilities in the room and new beds would be a great improvement as they were quite uncomfortable in t both the rooms we stayed in.
