ロケーションもよく、ホテルスタッフも親切でした。バイキングの朝食がたくさん種類がありよかったです。 古いためか、エアコンの音が響くのに暖房はきかない感じです。 |

立地条件が良い。市内観光には最適でした。スタッフの対応も良く、好印象を受けました。 偶然だったのでしょうが、設備の不備が目に付きました（計四泊）。一泊目の部屋は窓の鍵がかからない、セイフティーボックスの不具合、トイレの水の流れが悪い。二泊目の部屋では夜に何度もブレーカーが落ち、部屋にもフロントにも懐中電灯が常備していなく、非常に不便な思いをしました。三泊目の部屋からは問題ありませんでしたが、四つ星ホテルにしてはお粗末な印象を受けました。 |

ホテルの設備の使い方、快適な過ごし方の案内などを日本語で書いたペーパーがあると、日本人の利用が増えると思う。 室温の調整ができなかった。少し暑かった。 |

スタッフの対応はとてもよかったです。老舗のホテルという趣きを残しながら、最新のデザインを取入れたきれいで過ごしやすいホテルでした。バルセロナ滞在3日のうち、1泊しかしなかったのがとても残念でした。 朝食は別料金でしたので泊まり客用の朝食を利用したのですが、平凡な朝食であまりそそられませんでした。同じフロアで仕切られている外来客が利用しているカフェの方が美味しそうでした。 |

インターネット接続はフロントから出されたcodeが無効で結局使用できなかった 到着日の夕食をレストランでとったが サラダの野菜は新鮮でなかった。当日応対してくれたギャルソンはもうすこしホットな対応をしてくれるとほっとする。 |

フロントの対応が良かった。迅速かつ親切な対応を受けることができた。 部屋が建物に囲まれているため、カーテンを開けても外の景色を全くみることができなかった。 |

The blue walls were pretty. The room was spacious. The spa was laughable with cold water in the whirlpool. Would have been nicer if the water had been warmer. The cold water in the whirlpool. To advertise this as a spa is funny. |

The hotel staff were excellent. They were very helpful when my bags were lost at the airport and they spoke English very well which helped me since I don't speak Spanish very well at all. They were helpful with all our questions regarding transportation, dining out, sight seeing, etc. I had a room in the back of the building which overlooked a school yard which was very noisy in the afternoon so taking a siesta was not possible....however it was quite at night. |

The room are nice. The location is perfect for strolling and shopping. The staff is nice and gave good recommendations for resturants and placee to visit. The room was in the back of the hotel witch looked promising though there is a school and a basketball yard under the window and it was noisy in the early morning |

The hotel staff were very helpful and all spoke English. The location was great - 2mins walk from the square for tourist buses, shopping, food. The swimming pool is small but great for a short dip after a long day. |

Nice Clean Hotel, great air conditioning in room, very spacious. Had a meal one night, Menu hadnt a great selection. Suppose you pay for what you get, €20 a head, 3 course meal. Breakfast was good. |

Excellent location for this beautiful hotel & room. We enjoyed the guest items the hotel provided, there was more than we needed. Within easy walking distance of La Rambla and other interesting tourist destinations. The room faced the busy street out front, but the windows were so well insulated that we did not hear any noise from the street etc. We would book again anytime for our next stay. Not applicable - everything was positive. |

Good location and very heplful staff. Room charge is reasonable. Nice bedding and comfortable.. Wall are a bit thin to hear about the noise from next room. Otherwise everything looks good to me. |

helpful staff, clean room, reasonable location. the pool was very small, would have liked one a little bigger, I felt the comfort of the beds could be improved by a mattress topper although my daughter said that her bed was comfortable. I felt that my was too hard for my personal comfort. |

The spa area were very very nice, clean and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The dining area were very well fitted for a large variety of tastes. All our expectations were met. We were able to see into the cooking area in the kitchen, where we could see all cooking staff handled the food with gloves and hair covarage. It would have being nice to dink tea or coffee in the room. |

hotel location is superb, less then 5 minutes walk from the famous Las Ramblas. The hotel stuff was very helpful and friendly. breakfast buffet for 12euro per person seem a bit too much when you can get a nice breakfast at any coffee shop for much less. |

In the middle of the Plaka area - meat market and Plaka just steps away. Safe and friendly area of town - Highly recommend it to anyone that wants a taste of Athens at its best. Hard hard TP and mattress. |
