滞在型リゾート目的であれば、海にも近く立地は良い。隣に大規模ショッピングセンターもあり、買物や食事に便利。しかし市内観光目的であれば、旧市街や観光スポットには距離がありやや不向き。 朝食は種類が豊富だったが、4星にしてはクオリティがいまいち。また、予想以上にプールが狭かったので、週末は込み合っていた。 |

Facilities and standards exceptional, hotel has a very modern look, fantastic views from room and the glass lifts, close to shops, beach, easy access to Metro, fantastic stay. Perhaps not so good if you want to be in the city centre but with great access to metro this is not a problem |

The rooms were excellent and well equipt, with fabulous views. Somewhere nice to come back to after a long day exploring The drain system was noisy, and the signage on the service stairs needs to be changed. It is signed as a normal stair case, so I thought I could use it for going down one floor to the pool as it was right next to our room (we were in room 2408) but once in the stair well I could not get out as there are either no handles on the inside of the doors, or they do not work. |

The rooms were well appointed, we received an excellent massage within our booking. The breakfast provided a large variety and good service |

View from 26th floor, close proximity to a nice clean quiet beach, near the metro station and tram, comfortable room and bed, free mini bar, great shower, nice swimming pools although i did not use them some staff a little unfriendly, think the breakfast should be served till 11. half 10 is too early |

have stayed many times, the design of the hotel is tops, the rooms with the glass walls are great and the view is terrific, so is the breakfast... the hotel is becoming old, needs restoration, the wellness package is a fraud, the massage was awful, the pool is non-existent (both roof and 3rd floor) and it takes a long time to have your car brought from the garage !! |

Clean, friendly, modern in design. Close to Metro and Trams. Shopping center next door. Great view of the city from the upper stories of the hotel. Staying on the 20th floor meant taking a loooong trip in the elevator. Stopping on nearly every floor for the other guests is a little tedious. Also, the printer at the internet corner was not working. |

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast,clean and comfortable room, close to metro station and right outside from the hotel the tourist bus station.We loved Barcelona and if we come back we ll stay again at Princess We had only a little problem with the wc but they fix it immediately, so doesnt matter |

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly, the views from the room were spectacular, it was great value for money and I would hope to stay in yor chain of hotels again. The hotel was excellent, however, you may need additional security at the entrance due to pick pockets and bag robbers. |

espetially amazing view of whole Barcelonas panorama (26 flooor..) I was very satisfied, and by the way, I few week ago get my new Hi-end canon eos....Hotel is really perfect Maybe I am wrong,or too suspicious, but I've tried not use too much air conditioning system---just because of some strange smell comes after short time of usage( I've probed to check if it's there maybe some pure died creature or maybe rest of some food ---but it was too high and I didn't have enough time and equipment, so sorry --I could't repair it) Maybe it's normal smell,but I better prefer to... |

Room was fantastic, really luxurious, well appointed & comfortable. Bar was excellent, decent coffee & friendly service, and pastries were there in the morning, if you were up in time. Breakfast was excellent, very wide choice, overall the hotel was very modern, well presented & the staff were efficient. Lifts were a bit slow to come, and some of the room controls on the blinds were hard to find, but these are minor comments, rather than niggles. As a world weary business traveller I would reccommend this Hotel to anyone. |

To be treated as honest people. Great breakfasts. Massage included in the price Long waits for the lifts but there again the hotel was full, but there again 3 lifts to serve 26 floors. |

The staff could not have been more helpful in accommodating us. Excellent service and comfort - the view from the room was fabulous! Close proximity to restaurants, shopping complex, parks and beaches. Easy access to all forms of transport including metro trams and tourist buses. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again. |
