きれいで快適で、インターネットもフリーで使用できます。中心地から近く、市場へも歩いて行けます。夜遅く- まで開いているスーパーマーケットも近くにあります。エコにこだわっているので、お湯は限られた量しか使用- できません。今回は2回目の利用で経験があり、シャワーは節約して使用したため、途中で水になることはあり- ませんでした。 今回2度目の利用でしたが、前回より料金が少し高かったにもかかわらず、部屋は狭く、部屋からの景色も悪い- 部屋でした。とは言ってもこの料金のホテルよりは広いです。スタッフは、前回同様、少々ムラがありました。- 2泊しましたが、11時頃まで部屋にいたせいか、掃除をしてもらえず、トイレットペーパーが足りなくて電話- で頼んだら、人がいないので取りに来るようにいわれました。 |

metroの駅（3路線利用可能）から至近で便利です．中心部までは徒歩で10分程度ですが夜は歩く道に気- をつけた方がよいです．アパートメントですが，清掃やシーツ・タオルの交換などは一般のホテルと同様のサー- ビスでした．フロントデスクには24時間人が常駐し，英語でのコミュニケーションに困る場面はありません．- スーパーが近くにあり，となりにカフェもあるので，朝食に困ることもありません． |

It was very easy and quick to find from the metro, coming direct from Valencia airport, rooms were lovely and comfortable and clean and fine temperature even in November. In ideal position to explore the city. The modern and minimalist environment was very cheering, the kitchen worked well for some self catering. Bathroom was great. We met up with friends there which was ideal and could socialise, e.g. over breakfast, in either 'apartment' in a way that is difficult in a standard hotel. Desk staff always helpful with maps and information. Liked everything but two very minor practical issues - difficult to prevent shower water from splashing all over room without laying lots of towels on floor (room 106, 50 Flats). Also the white tables appear to easily stain from red wine marks so fearful of how they'll look in another couple of years. |

apartments are modern and spacious Staff could do with some customer service training - unwelcoming on arrival and not at all flexible (request for late check out refused althought the hotel was totally empty). |

Very clean, nice new apartments. Liked the fact that we could make our own meals and had the facilities to do so. Also hd free internet available. |

Well located for the historic city centre, easy to get to. Excellent freindly staff, multi-lingual. The appartment we had was well presented and clean. The parking was an advantage and cheap compared to other hotels we looked at, We found the beds too hard for us, but when requested the hotel staff found additional pillows to help us alleviate back problems. The sound transmission from room to room and corridors is very noticable, but the hotel settled down reasonably early at night so it was not a big problem. |

The apartment was spacious, modern, light and airy. It was within walking distance of the old city, the bus and train station. There was a supermarket 5 mins away. There is 24 hour reception and they spoke English. The walls are thin if you have noisy neighbours |

The staff were very helpful, spoke good English. Very clean apartment. Rooftop garden was great for relaxing and reading. Walking distance to the station and handy to the old part of the city. Free WiFi. Was great to be able to cook and the supermarkets were only a few minutes from the apartments. Apartments are not too well sound-proofed. Could do with some English speaking tv. |

Absolutely delightful serviced apartments - most luxurious and very well appointed. A convenient location near supermarkets, bakery opposite and the metro. Wonderful city and brilliant apartments - both couples had an excellent break. I was not happy with was them taking payment for both apartments with my card used to guarantee the booking without asking first and before the end of the holiday. We would both have paid separately and I would have paid with another card which did not cost me an additional £16 in currency conversion. I would also have liked the lights to be switched on on the very nice roof top terrace for our October break. |

The location (near mainstreet, Metro station and lots of bars / restaurants) was very good. The reception was opened 24/7. The terras at roof was very nice and the room was very clean. |

Excellent location very near to metro. Easy metro travel from the airport to the flats location. Also within walking distance of all the attractions of the old city of valencia. The apartment was as shown on the web site. The main market is within easy walking distance. We had a very relaxed stay. Valencia has a lot to offer excellent art galleries, good shopping, friendly helpful people. Coastal area excellent and metro goes directly there. We will use the apartment again Internet access in reception was unreliable. However the girl behind the desk let me use hers when needed. The wall between the flats are thin and can be a bit noisy when children run about. However did not spoil our stay. |

24 hours reception, parking for guests, staff was very polite, in apartments wi-fi is free of charge, on reception there are ~ 5 computers, fully equipted kitchen. |

There was a nice verandha although I believe this was the only room with this (508), room was quiet with windows closed The room was badly finished with poor workmanship obvious especially in the bathroom where the shower screen had not been fitted properly so the enclosure door would not close properly causing the floor to get flooded while taking a shower. The room was furnished in a minimalist style but felt cold and uncomfortable, this room would not be suitable for children due to steep marble stairs leading down from the bathroom/bedroom. |

50flats are ideal for discovery off city center. They have free internet an computers in hall. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Poor sound isolation between rooms. |

Facilities were good. The hotel was very noisy. It seemed like there was no insulation or sound-proofing between the walls. We requested a non-smoking room and it smelled of smoke. |

We enjoyed: (a) experimenting cooking using local ingredients and recipes, (b) 3 supermarkets within easy walking distance, (c) relaxing walks in the old city center, (c) quick subway access to the airport. Visitors should anticipate: (a) slow service at the understaffed front desk, especially during peak check-in periods, (b) limited amenities, such as the absence of toothbrushes and razors, (c) no condiments or basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, coffee, tea, frying oil. |

The modern look and the facilities (all the Equipment you could want (exept for a kettle) handy for the historical centre of Valencia, would appreciated a starter pack i.e. Milk, Coffee, Tea, sugar) All in all a very good experience. |

I enjoyed very friendly and helpful staff and the location of the hotel is perfect. I also liked the apartments. The parking was extremely narrow, so that with a bigger car is it is hard to park. |
