新しくキレイではあったがフロントが４Ｆにあり案内板などなくわかりにくい。部屋に冷蔵庫が無かった。 |

Great central location. Very clean and comfortable. They allowed us to check out at 1pm (might not always be the case). As we were there for the half marathon, a shower afterwards at the hotel before leaving was a very welcome benefit! No parking available for hotel guests, although an unrelated carpark was right next to the hotel - €20 for 24 hours. |

Modern hotel, very efficient, ideally situated for the F1 Grand Prix and for the Americas Cup. It is also across the road for the City of Arts and Sciences. Some of the staff were a little surly and at reception they were not at all welcoming. |

reasonable price, kind people at the reception, comfortable room, nice panorama from the window, free and fast Internet access it was very difficult to find the hotel, no signs of the hotel from the shoping center, no lift to the hotel from the shoping center |

nice and careful stuff; excellent breakfast menu; convenient location to City of Art and Science and the Old city; very comfortable for families with children dew to its closeness to shopping centres and fan areas the Wi-Fi connection was not good; we did not have blankets in the room for the first night but we received immediately after asking the kind stuff on the reception |

polite stuff, clean, nice location, close to Calatrava city and next to commercial center. Easy to choose a restaurant or a cafe bar to eat or spend your time. Small but beautiful room |

The room was very clean, the bed is comfortable, I liked that they provided magazines in the room to read, and the radio which was built in the night desk.The hotel has very good location and nice, modern design. It was a good value/price Only one thing: the windows of the rooms were very dirty. |

The hotel was conveniently situated in terms of its location to shops, the arts and sciences complex and bus routes to other parts of the city. The interior design was good and the breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Lack of coffee and tea making facilities in the room and poor air conditioning conrols. |

The staff were just excellent ! The room was also very nice and comfortable. There was no room service ! aND no coffee maker or kettle - Which I was promised at booking .For me room service is an essential part of hotel stay and I will not like to stay at a hotel which does not have this. |

Very good location, in the modern part of Valencia, 5 min distance from theTuria parc, aquarium and the City of Arts and Science, where you can find always good and worth visit exhibitions. We enjoyed the wi-fi free connection there. |

The room was fresh and clean, and the internet connection was a plus. There were no staff on the reception for the 3 days we were visiting, which did not make you feel safe staying in your room as anybody could of entered the hotel with no questions asked. No english tv for times spent in room apart from news which can sometimes be to harsh for children. |

Very well situated, confortable, clean, modern spaciuous rooms Breakfast charged for second day, when departure has taken place before the opening of the resto. Towels available for one person in the double room, had to ask from reception. Parking tickets given for parking in the street, be carefull |
