Good location, very nice room, easy parking, efficient and friendly staff

Breakfasr was expensive

The hotel was very good, staff helpful

It would have been helpful if when we were leaving the staff had told us that all the roads were closed due to a cycle rally, we sat within 5 minutes of the hotel for more than an hour not able to move it would have been catastrophic if we had to catch a plane

Breakfast

The hotel personnel at check in was busy talking with someone else instead of focusing on us to check in. Had to interrupt several times to ask questions. Felt like we where disturbing her social chat. Also we requested a baby cot which we never got since they said it was not available. We had to share a small bed between 2 adults and a baby.

The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast buffet was excellent

the convience of , bus 19 to beach and town and walk through diverted river bed and oceanagraphic complex. The pool was very welcome at he end of the day.

Could do with a few more sun beds.

The hotel was excellant, the staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to give advice. Our toilet stopped working and it was repaired within 30 mins of repoorting it. The location was goo if you want to go to the science park, buses are necessary if you want the old city

The restaurant food was just Ok nothing exceptional

Es un hotel moderno, confortable y bien dirigido con personal amable y bien dispuesto, muy bien situado para visitar Valencia, fundamentalmente la ciudad de las artes.

Las vistas a la Ciudad de las Artes, la ubicación cercana a centros comerciales, la simplicidad y elegancia de la habitación y el baño y la variedad de frutas en el desayuno.

Pagar 3 euros por 30 minutos de acceso a internet, un precio totalmente desorbitado. Una manera escandalosa y descarada de aprovecharse de la situación de los clientes. Las señoritas de la recepción no proporcionaron buena información respecto a las zonas más interesantes para cenar un sábado.

La cercanía a la ciudad de las Ciencias y al Oceanográfico

No hay badén para dejar el coche y bajar las maletas al llegar.No había jamón serrano ni actimel en el desayuno. Cama de matrimonio un poco vieja y de muelles.
