Location to sites, restaurants and shops. Cleanliness. The vending machine located in the hallway, not too far from my front door. This seemed tto be a meeting place in the morning for jabbering students whilst they discuss the events of the previous night over a cup of free coffee. The machine was also noisy. |

It put me right in the heart of the city. It was a block from La Ramblas and the great selection of restaurants. There were great shops i.e. Desegual, Mango, Sfera and others. Easy to get set up for city tours. It was just a short train ride to the Olympic basketball arena where I saw a fabulous cocert by Rammstein. |

The hotel was adequate for our two night stay in Barcelona. Extremely convenient being just adjacent to restaurants and eateries and also the main tourist highway. The double room we had was a trifle on the small side if we had been staying more than two nights. The walls were a little thin! |

The friendly staff and the fact that they do provide a basic type breakfast free of charge. Also the rooms are very neat and clean which is very important. You can get noise from outside at any time of night but as its in the centre of Barcelona you can expect this. |

just off la rambla. Great position for walking everywhere. Great as a bedroom base, but no luxuries at all Poor breakfast - just a coffee machine and pre wrapped pastries |

Great location just off Ramblas.Immaculately clean room. Barcelona is never cheap but this represents decent value. We have stayed there before and the quality has improved over the years. The hotel front was a scaffolded in and the balconies therefore useless. We should have been told this at the time of booking.I guess that will not last for ever. |

Clean, large room, free coffee machine and snacks, central location - all for a very modest cost. Reviews of a dangerous neighborhood were false. Can't beat the price for location and cleanliness. The exterior is still under renovation so that the front is scaffolded blocking the view from the balcony. |

our window was broken which made our hotel room completely accesible to construction workers on the scaffolding outside our room, which we were also not informed of and the staff refused to move us to another room or fix the window or even let us stay at another hotel without having to pay late cancellation fees. i can´t say we liked anything about our one-night stay here..supposed to be four night stay. But we can highly recommend hotel curious just up the block toward la rambla! |

Fabulous location right off La Rambla, where all the action is. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. And we loved Barcelona. Overall, it was a very positive stay. The room was very small. It was difficult to move around the luggage, as there was not space for it on the floor. Every time we needed something from our bag, we had to hoist it up onto the bed, retrieve the item, and then move the bag back to its position against the door, just in order to have space to walk across the room. |

I think it’s better we call it Motel or Inn. It is not really a hotel ! But absolutely a right choice for us… We stated there one night before & one night after our cruise and enjoyed all the attractions of Barcelona since this Hotel had a great central location ! Clean and comfortable place for spending one or two nights. The main entrance of the Hotel really needs a basic repairs ! |

The night porter was great. Very helpful and friendly even though we arrived very late. The room was also quiet facing onto a park. Lovely sunshine in the morning. Great to have a bath in the room too. A very good hotel indeed. |
