Aparthotel Gutenberg

Apartahotelと名売っているだけに、キッチン、一応の炊事用具、食器があったのがいい。

しかし、やかんがなかったのはどうしてか？また、バスはOKとしても、バスカーテンが情けなく、ちょっと濡- れただけで、バスルームが水浸しになった。

ロケーションが観光をするにはとてもよい。部屋もきれいでした。

バルコニーつきの部屋でしたが、窓が鍵をかけても閉まりませんでした。セーフティーボックスも壊れていて、- ちょっとセキュリティーに問題があると思いました。

Family with young children Italy November 5, 2009 The location is perfect 30 meters from the La Ramblas and 100 meters from the port . The staff was friendly and able to communicate in west and east European languages (English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Bulgarian etc… )

Even that we booked the room for 3 people with special request for double bed 25 days in advance and it was confirmed as accepted; we received 3 separate beds (which were not very comfortable). The explanation was that if we have got a double bed there is no chance for 3rd bed for the child.

Great location for exploring the sea front and the Ramblas. Good continental breakfast. Helpful, polite and friendly reception staff.

Asked for a double bed but got twin beds - with no explanation as to why this was.

We liked the location, just of Rambla and still quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

The staff at reception were awesome-especially the 2 female staff. Went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms great, terrific location

Could be better equipped in the kitchen-detergent, salt and pepper, just little things. for those who do actually want to cook-we did!

The apartment was spacious but offered only single beds for my wife and I and our teenage son. It proved quite adequate for our short family stay though. Staff ranged from good to excellent. Breakfast although pretty basic was included in the very reasonable room charge.

Bathroom was a bit smelly. Breakfast selection very limited. A double bed would be nice.

AC did not function and only circulated urine stench from ally

The location was excellent giving access to La Rambla and the waterfront within walking distance.

Kitchen not really suitable for self catering, no kettle, cups, mugs. Microwave and toaster would have been nice! TV - maybe one English channel eg. CNN or Eurosport.

It was central and with nice staff

Nice hotel in a very good location just near the Rambla, old town and a Metro station. Room was clean and in a good condition.

The Hotel got great location and I got nothing to complain about. I think that the services and the cleanliness were just OK. This hotel is a good deal for the price.
