メトロ駅より徒歩7～8分くらいであり、部屋もきれいでなかなか快適。また管理者がアパートメントホテル内- に居るのでいざというときに便利。 利用したのは12月であったが、暖房機がリビングしかないため、寝室では少し寒かった。シャワーにはシャン- プーがなかった。 |

スタッフの対応が良かったです。スペイン語はもちろん、英語も少ししか話せない私たちでも十分コミニケーシ- ョンがとれました。 ランドリーが付いているはずですが、見つける事が出来ませんでした。 |

ビーチ、レストラン、スーパー至近。５人家族で利用、部屋は広さ・設備とも十分。 台所の水道が全開にしても水流不足。コンロもパワー不足で、湯沸しに長時間かかった。ホテルのせいではない- が、初日はとても海が汚く興ざめ。（２日目以降は改善） |

Although not very large, a full kitchen, and two bedrooms made it very easy to house your family and make cheap meals. Very close to a grocery store, next door to a gym, and even a sexy club down the street. Staff were helpful and friendly, charged us our booked price and promptly returned our deposit. Close to the main squares at metro access. |

It was big enough for our family (kids 11.17 and 19) and well enough equipped. Internet connection was good addition.We enjoyed cooking the breakfast by ourselves. Our balcony was not in the evening sun..but it didn't matter anyway. |

Good location near metro station and cafe's, tidy and clean. Apartment was very sparse, we had good weather so were out most of the time so that was OK but I would not have wanted to have spent much time inside. Staff very helpful when we arrived and held bag's for us on the day we left. A little too basic. The main bed was comfortable but there was nothing else in the room e.g.no other bed room furniture. Second bedroom beds we not so good and again no other furniture, Bathroom was good but the lounge and kitchen were sparse. |

The room is very new and clear. I like the morden style apartment. Only 7,8 mins walk to the metro, close to most interesting places. Good value of money. there was much facilities for cooking, no cooking ingredient at all. Not enough space for hanging clothes. |

We (family with two kids) were told by the housekeeper at the time of attival that the booked apt. was not available (for some repairs) and a filthy indecorous apt. was offered instead, at the same rate. One simple comment: indecent! |

Very functional and good ducted AC - essential in summer! Kitchen well equipped. Staff friendly. No reply to confirmation emails sent - confusion over arrival. Very spartan conditions - some soft furnishings would make it better. No washing machine - unusual in this type of apartment. Some English speaking TV channels would be nice. |

Proximity to the centre of Barcelona and the beach. Clean, basic but comfortable apartment. Parking restrictions. Whilst parked outside the apartment our car was towed away and we had to pay 180 euros to get it back. There was not any signage to indicate that you could not park there on weekdays. This could have been made clear by the hotel staff. |

The appartment was clean and roomy. We were a family of 4, but there was room for 6. Fairly well situatated for the Metro system. There should be cupboards for clothes in the bedrooms and a few tv stations could be in English, instead of 20+ in Catalan and Spanish. |

Open and friendly staff, apartment is quite large, equipped with modern facilities, clean. Nothing really important is missing for "backpackers", terrace is a very good place to spend the evening! For families a wardrobe might be missing |

Clean well designed place, well taken care of, accommodated two adults and two children with comfort. The apartment has all needed facilities for a family. Very clean bathroom and shower, also clean kitchen devices such as the oven and halogen stove, not forgetting the pan and pots. All things at the flat operated without any problem. Internet service was excellent too. Just as your home at home. Only one thing is missing, a little coffee table in the living room. |
