Hotel Balmoral

立地もよくスタッフの感じもよかった。　客室も清潔でした。

コンデショナーがあったらうれしいです。

特記すべきいい点はないですが、空港からタクシーで３０ユーロ未満、グラシア通りにも近く、便利。値段に見- 合ったホテルです。

朝食は良かった。ホテルの前にバス停があるので、乗り放題のパス（バルセロナカードとか）がある場合は非常- に便利。グラシア通りにも近く、観光や買い物にも便利。

街中だから仕方ないかも知れないが、窓がない。

日本で言えば、表参道/青山辺りホテルなので少し歩けば高級ブランドのお店があり、ショッピングをするには- 最適の立地でした。また、治安もよく観光名所にも近く快適でした。There was a shop of the upscale brand name, and a little walking because of Omotesando/Aoyama near hotel it if it said in Japan was the best location for shopping. Moreover, the public peace was often near also the tourist spot and was comfortable.

Wi-Fi環境が整っているとの事でこのホテルを選んだのですが、電波が微弱で日によって全然パソコンが使えない- 日がありました。また、部屋はとてもきれいなのですが、食堂が少し汚い感じがしました。朝食もあまりおいし- くなかったです。The electric wave was and there was a day when the personal computer was not able to be used by the day at all slightly though this hotel was chosen by the thing that the Wi-Fi environment was in order.

We found the staff friendly, obliging, and very helpfull. We also thought it is in a very good location.

A bit over priced

The bed sheets and the quality and size of the bed.

The corporate, anonymous, soulless feel. The fact that we paid to stay in a hotel with wifi, but the wifi connection kept failing every ten minutes or so, so that we couldn't do our work, that we were kept waiting more than ten minutes by the girl on reception when we wanted to check in, even though another member of staff was hovering at the desk, we hated that there was no kettle to make our own tea and coffee and found this incredibly mean, we thought the room, for the price, was very small, we had wanted a terrace because we thought it would be romantic to look out over barcelona, but the terrace had one very sad and lonely pot plant and no lighting in the evening, so we didn't use it at all. We thought that two very small, slim pillo

We thought that the Balmoral gave us a pleasant, relaxing stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It should be cheaper , cleaner and some of the staff could be more polite. Expensive breakfast since most of the coffeshops in that area offering a lot more in cheaper prize.

We stayed in the Balmoral Hotel for a city break. Great location a 5 minute walk to the Metro. The hotel was clean and quiet, staff friendly and helpful. We would recommend the Hotel to friends.

The hotel is in a great location as it is away from the main tourist area but close enough to walk or take the metro. The staff were helpful and happy to answer questions. Room was cleaned really well everyday.

I stayed in a room on the first floor and you could hear the metro passing underground a bit. It wasn't a big problem though.
