It was a very big apartment, nice living room, clean and all amenities needed. When we booked the apartment we thought the apartment was situated where the office was. This should have been explained clearer at the booking. But the location was ok anyway (although not as good as the office location). |

Good location, but not in 'the Old Town'. Only one small relatively uncomfortable sofa to lounge on - needed another or a comfy armchair at least. |

For the money that we have payed it worthed. Don't exepect too much for that money but if the company is ok the holyday will turn out ok. the heating was not realy good, and it could have been a litel cleaner. The chiken was ok, the bathrooms not realy good. |

Close to Sagrada Familia It is not the Old town. Not recommend-poor hot water, cold in some rooms, broken WC, dirty, some windows faced to the wall with pipes, very noisy (current water is audible in all rooms). Car parking -27euro/day |

Spacious rooms. The accommodation was noy up to my expectations. When me and my friends arrived in Barcelona we were giving an apartment thatv was further away than we expected. The furniture at the apartment was also old and dated and the TV did not have any english channels. |

It was 5 mins walk from la ramblas The Appartment was nothing like it had been advertized. The Appartment was old and furniture was broken(sofa had big holes in, plugs did not work in rooms). The Appartment was noisy and I could hear the people living above us walking around. When I tried to get hold of agent where I collected the key on the 2nd day they did not answer the phone the entire day. |

Apart from its handy location, the place is very much close to many halal resturants which was a bonus......word of caution as below...must read below! Never book a taxi through management. I was made to pay 45euros for a taxi from hotel. Although when I took it from airport to pick up keys plus to the hotel which involved waiting for several minutes in between while getting the paper work done (which is another pain), I paid 20 euros for whole trip..... |

Smart, modern, comfortable. Good location and convenience of having your own space as opposed to a hotel room to come back to and relax after sight seeing for the day. Near to the tube and bars, restaurants, cafes. Staff could have been more helpful and welcoming. Maybe have provided more information on getting to the airport, sights to see, maps etc. Staff need to be more familiar with airline operators such as the cheap flight companies' online check in proceedures. Local knowledge seemed poor. |

the lcoation of the appartment was very nice only 5 minute walk to placa gracia. the personel was very flexibel and nice. the showers were a very small and the airco was not working very good |

The location is brilliant, easy to find, close to shops, metro, walking distance to Ramblas etc. The office staff who provided the key friendly and professional. For the price it was ok but we would probably pay a bit more next time for more space and facilities. Would be fine for a smaller group. It was crowded for 6 of us (2 adults, 4 children) and the room with the double bed was completely filled by the bed, so we made the sofa up as a bed to give us more space. Bathroom / toilet facilities very basic and getting a little worn out. |

6 of us in a group so ideal for all of us to stay together, as we were going on a cruise on the Sunday so it was a 2 night stop over in Barcelona. The living room could do with some more comfortable seats the settee kept collapsing when you sat on it. |

The location of the apartment was great, on Passeig de Gracia. In walking distance to all the Gaudi landmarks as well as all the restaurants and shopping. It would be nice if there were directions to start the hot water heater, we were getting panicked before figuring it out! The staff was wonderful and even came by to double check that we had figured it out. |

Great value for the money you pay if you are a group of 4-5 people or a family. Possible to rent an apartment for 2 nights only (normally it is 3 nights minimum). Very nice, big and modern apartment in the city center. The kitchen is very well equipped. The disign is simple but stylish. Close to the metro station (apartment Villarroel 7 in Barcelona). Some TV channels don't have a good picture quality. I did not use the Internet but it was possible in the apartment. |

The room was better than we expected. Everything was in perfect order, very clean and instructions were abundant. The guest has to go to the office to check-in which could be unpleasant if it's at a late hour at night, however everything else was great. |
