This is about apartment 326. The position of the apt is very good, very close to Paseig de Gracia, in the middle of Eixample district. It is not a very confortable apt as it is a duplex with a very narrow stair. The rooms are small and there are a lot of areas that are useless. Also the furniture is not in the best condition. |

A big flat. Very comfortable. No air condition in the bedrooms. Because of noise from the street impossible to sleep with open windows. There was 1 fan which was helpful but during summer I think that the stay is problematic. |

There was a lot of space and the three terraces were really nice. The internet worked well. It was in an awesome location. There was a washer - no dryer. And the kitchen was nice to have. The apartment was very clean. Some bits of the apartment were a little worn out - tile coming up off the floor, doors that didn't close all the way, it was by no means a "fancy" apartment." But for the money, I think ti was a great deal. The beds were clean, but a little old/uncomfortable. We couldn't get the TV to work - but there is nothing to watch in English there anyways. |

large apartment,in a good position(10 minutes walk to placa catalunya) the pictures at the net are showing a very new apartment.the truth is that the apartment is very "used" and dirty at many points(walls,curtins...).and we had to keep waiting at the street for 40 minutes to bring us the key to the flat. |

Vår bostad (285) hade ypperligt läge mellan placa Catalunia o Plaza Espana. Lägenheten var mot innergården så trafiken störde inte. Lägenheten har basnödvändigheter men ingen diskmaskin eller torkställning. Lägenheten har uppvärmning o lämpar sej för barnfamiljer. Vår bebis (7mån) trivdes mycket på golvet vilket var ganska kallt. Spisen är inte effektiv, ugnen däremot fungerar bra. Sängarna är ganska hårda. BCN har många lägenheter o jag rekommjenderar att man gå in på hemsidan för en närmare titt. Vår lägenhet var inte den vi ursprungligen bokade, men detta var överenskommet på förhand till förmånligare pris. |

Ho apprezzato la posizione il costo contenuto e la presenza di due bagni e il fatto che non ci sia costo per la pulizia finale .Per qualche notte va bene. devo segnalareuna certa difficoltà a contattare il personale per fare il check-in. Molte cose non erano funzionanti (tapparelle .decoder,dvd) L'appartamento è spazioso ma la seconda camera priva di finestra è piccola e malamente aereata. I lavandini sono piccolissimi. |

rapporto qualità prezzo; ubicazione; metropolitana a portata di mano; L'ingresso del palazzo lascia a desiderare e quindi quando entri pensi che sia scadente, metre invece è molto più bello; più cambi di asciugamani e phon un po più consistente, naturalmente l'ascensore non guasterebbe, anche perchè l'appartamento non è al secondo piano ma al terzo (principal, primero, e seguendo) |

Gute, zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Saubere Zimmer. Küche gut ausgestattet. Grosszügige Wohnräume für 6 Erwachsene. Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Keine Seife im WC/Bad vorhanden. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, alles war sauber, wir bekamen super Tips von Cédric (Essen, Ausgang, Sehenswertes)! Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten die Bestätigung bekommen, dass uns ein extra Einzelbett zur Verfügugng gestellt wird, davon wusste Cédric leider nichts. Da ging wohl was schief?! War trotzdem alles super. Am Samstag ging der Strom aus, wir haben ihn wieder angekriegt, Kühlschrank und einige Steckdosen funktionierten aber leider nicht mehr. Wir wollten aber deswegen nicht auf die Notfallnr. anrufen. Hoffe alles klappt wieder und es wird mir nichts auf der Kreditkarte berechnet?! |

sauberes Apartment mit reichlich Platz auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, alles Notwendige vorhanden (Föhn, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler,Staubsauer...) freundlich und hilfsbereiter Vermieter relativ langer weg zur U-Bahn, anfänglich Probleme mit dem Kühlschrank (nicht eingeschalten), keine Klimaanlage nur Ventilatoren |

Lo centrico que esta en Barcelona y la comunicación con todo tipo de vehiculos,(metro,bus,taxi,etc...) Que por desgracia el ascensor estaba roto y habia que subir cinco plantas andandando y subir y bajar el equipaje por la escalera. |

De ligging van het apartement was zeer centraal,op 15 min van de ramblas en op 5 min. van bakker,warenhuis,... Over het algemeen waren wij tevreden.Misschien een opmerking waar rekening kan mee gehouden worden;op de slaapkamers vooraan is het zeer warm. Door het straatlawaai is het niet doenbaar om met de ramen open te slapen.Een airco in de slaapkamers zou welkom zijn. |

Ci sono tutte le comodità di cui una famiglia ha bisogno per un soggiorno in un paese straniero. Lavatrice-asciugatrice, microonde, frigorifero con una capace ghiacciaia, televisore lcd 32", lettore Divx, decoder satellitare, Internet wireless, letti nuovi, armadio nuovo e capiente. In pratica non abbiamo trovato punti deboli. La pulizia è ottima e il bagno ha una doccia spaziosa e con immediata e abbondante acqua calda. La posizione è buonissim ad un solo km da Piazza Cataluna e dalle Ramblas. La fermata della metro è a circa 200 mt. |

La Bcn è ben organizzati, nonostante il nostro ritardo abbiamo riscontrato massima disponibilità e cortesia; l'appartamento era confortevole, elegante, pulito. Il palazzo, molto signorile, si trova vicinissimo all Arc de triomf. |
