建物が古いので配管の水の音や隣の音が少し気になりました。朝食のブッフェが種類が多く豪華でとてもすばら- しかった。焼きたてのパンが何種類もあり甘いケーキやデニッシュの種類も豊富です。7泊しましたが女性一人- で毎朝食べに行ってもスタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーでゆっくり朝食を食べることができました。駅前でホテ- ルの隣がスーパーマーケットなので買い物にも便利です。 部屋にお湯を沸かすポットとティーカップのセット無かったので、部屋でコーヒーやお茶を飲む事ができなかっ- た。 |

空港駅からサンツ駅へは１時間に２本運行され、所要２０分で、サンツ駅からホテルまで徒歩２分程度で、近く- て便利。ホテルは古いが、フロントやレストランは改装されて新しく、部屋も広くて使いやすい。朝食のビュッ- フェは、種類が豊富で食べきれないほどに充実している。 ベランダに通じる窓の鍵があまりに貧弱。その上、セキュリティーボックスの使用料が１日３ユーロかかる。 |

スタッフの質に差がある。こちらの身になって接客するというより、何でもマニュアル通りに対応する。決して- 質のいいホテルとはいえない。 |

the staff had a standard double room on the 5th floor , a bad experience, far from a 4 stars...quite an ugly narrow room, like a corridor...with strong cloack smells in the bathroom, very noisy as one can hear the chair or bed being moved upstairs....no good value for money at all. |

The Expo Hotel is close to the Sants Railway Station which makes it convenient for travel by train. It is also close to the Metro which makes it easy to get to other parts of the city. We booked an executive double room and were expecting a better quality room. The first room we were given had dirty walls and a broken marble sink in the bathroom. It was a poor quality room and did not look at all like the photos on the website. We complained to the manager and were promptly given another room. The second room was better quality but still had water stained walls. The bathroom was much better than the first. However, the carpets in the hallway were really dirty and reeked of tobacco smoke even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking. This was the only "four" star hotel in Spain which made us pay extra for a safe even when we booked a higher level room. I would barely give it three stars. |

Conveniently located to Underground and city transportation and easy to get around the city. Lots to see in your beautiful city. We would liked to have one more chair in the bedroom. |

Staff were bi or multi-lingual, friendly and helpful. Well located. Very clean, spacious room. Nice touches - send up a gift on my birthday. Wi-fi connection was tempermental but staff was helpful in trying to resolve issue. |

Lovely friendly staff. Nice roof top resteraunt and bar, great relaxing. Rooms very out dated and old. Pool advertised is nothing like it looks in pictures only an oversized paddle pool! Nice location close to many sites and good transport to anywhere. |

Everything! Fabulous location for ease of movement throughout the city (rigt opposite the main central station). Very clean, very friendly and very modern. Great rooms with everything you need/want and reasonably priced breakfast too! The roof Bar and pool... just bliss with a spctacular view over MontJuic.... excellent. Nothing bad really, just that the wall seemed to be a little thin and rooms next door could be heard clearly in the morning... Not a great hardship though. |

The hotel was impeccable! The food was amazing (although expensive, worth every cent), the rooms were clean and mine had a fantastic view, the staff were polite and tirelessly helpful... what more can I say? I thought the room was slightly small for a 4-star, but that didn't bother me overly. There was no shade by the pool. The only thing that really bothered me was the breakfast: upon arrival I was informed that the breakfast was 9, 35 plus tax. I didn't take advantage of this until my final day, as I didn't have the money. When I had eaten the breakfast, which was far below the standard I was expecting, I was informed that it was only 9, 35 if you had it every day - any other time it was 12, 50. This annoyed me because had I known beforehand I would not have had the breakfast, as I could have used that money elsewhere, and with tax added I ended up paying fourteen euros for a mediocre meal. However, every other meal I had at the hotel was fab |
