Booking.comで提示されていた料金と、請求額が異なっていた（一泊２０ユーロ高かった）。チェックアウト時に気が- つき、訂正してもらえうことが出来たので結果的に問題はなかった。それ以外はコストベネフィット、ロケーシ- ョン、スタッフとも素晴らしいホテルだと思いました。

WiFiが完備されているので、部屋でパソコンを使おうと思ったら、接続出来なかった。ホテルからユーザー- ＩＤ，パスワードを購入しており、しかも、このホテルに宿泊する前後のホテルでは何ら問題もなくインターネ- ット接続が出来ていたので、手違いはないと思うのだが、何故か利用出来なかった。近くの電気店でＬＡＮケー- ブルを購入してケーブル接続を試みても同じエラーで接続できず。調査すべきかもしれません。

市街地から少し離れているが、２～３００メートルの所にメトロがあるので、観光には困らないし、朝食付きで- 宿泊費も安かった。朝食もコンチネンタルだから期待はしていなかったが、クロワッサンがおいしく、ケーキや- ヨーグルト、果物のデザートもあった。

浴室の換気扇が壊れていて、湿気がこもってしまった。浴槽の水道がシャワーの切りかえることができなかった- 。冷蔵庫とセーフティーボックスがあるとよかった。

スタッフの感じがよく親切で、部屋も清潔、朝食もおいしかった。家族４人で利用したが、実に良心的な価格で- 納得のいくものだった。特に子供達はすっかり気に入り、もっと滞在したいと言っていた。

しいて言えば立地条件。中心地から少し離れていたが、かえって静かでよかったし、海も近く散歩を楽しめたが- 、最寄駅周辺の環境があまりよくないのが気になった。

周りがとても閑散としていて人通りもなく、安全かどうか異国の地なので分からず、駅から毎日ひやひやしなが- ら歩いていました。でも価格を考えると仕方がないのでしょうね。とにかくこの価格で抑えてもらえたことは家- 族が多い家庭にはとてもうれしいです。

お風呂場の床があまり掃除されていなかったこと、シャンプーがなくて、お願いしても持ってきてくれなかった- ことを思うと少々不満ですが、価格を考えればすべて仕方ないと思えます。

The staff was really helpful. Rather nice room. Located very near to the metro station.

The water basin is too small. There were ants in the bathroom, but they did not bother much. Breakfast lacks some vegetables and some warm food, like omlette and so on..

the staff were very helpful and polite, and bus routes to popular places were easily accessible so location was ok.

i did not like the continental breakfast included or the fact that the room was not cleaned properly or towels changed just folded and placed back as my make up stains were still on them same with the bed sheets.

The room window opened to let in fresh air. The room was comfortable and adequate. The bathroom water pressure and shower were very good. The bathtub could be slippery as had to be extra careful when getting in or out. For older guest or short guest, the bathtub depth could be a problem in getting in or out plus there was nothing to hold on to except the counter. A clothes line would be nice for hand washables.

The buffet breakfast fruit choices were from the can, It would of been nice to have fresh fruits besides oranges. For English language, there is only CNN or BBC television channels to watch. The price conversions to Euros from US Dollars, placed the English movie charges too high to watch. Also the prices for laundry was also too high. These charges do not match the economy of the hotel room.

The hotel was fairly new. Therefore, it was clean and modern. It was also only about a 5 minute walk to the metro. The rooms were nice and it was air conditioned.

The breakfast was very average. No eggs, limited meat choices. The hotel neighborhood was not very nice. Looked like sort of a local business district...several vacant lots...kind of run down.

Clean. Modern design. Good breakfast except the coffe! 5 min walk to sea. 10 min to the center.

Carpet floor. Cleaning staff use parfym. Coffe is terrible!

The location of the hotel was good, it was just two metro stops away from the very heart of Barcelona.

It is very close to the beach ( 10 min walk) Staff was very friendly. L4 metro line station is approximately 300m from the Hotel. City center is 5 stops only. Great value for money.

I could not mention anyone.

Convinient hotel according to the price. Good value for money, good 3 stars hotel, excellent breakfast, acceptable comfort in rooms since the hotel opened last year.

It's a shame there is no fridge in the room. Interior rooms (especially at the end of the corridor---room 312--- ) have a big noise due to air conditioner engines, they work 24 hours. It would be appreciated wifi internet included in the price.
