宿泊料金が安い点。鉄道駅、地下鉄駅が近い点。 ドアが薄く隙間だらけで廊下の音がウルサイ。上階の靴音や椅子の音もかなり聞こえる。ガラスも防音性に欠け- ている上、朝日が当たるのに遮光カーテンが薄い。近くにレストラン、店はとても少なくて困った。 |

部屋は新しく清潔で、広さも申し分ない。14階に宿泊したが、眺めも良く、快適に滞在することができた。多- くの観光スポットに地下鉄一本で行けるのも便利。 |

フロントの方は非常に親切に対応いただきました。本当に有り難うございました。 外はすぐに駐車場で、人と目が合う距離でびっくりしました。夜は遅くまで騒がしくなかなか眠れませんでした- 。 |

Sants 駅直近のロケーションで、値段はBarcelona では普通。部屋はとてもきれいで広かったです。風呂場のつくりもしゃれている。あれは本当に普通の部屋だっ- たんだろうか？フロントのサービス◎。カタルーニャ広場までL3 １本で行けますが、やや遠回りで時間がかかる（15分くらい？）のが難点でしょうか。治安はまあまあいい場- 所だと思います。 |

部屋は広々してバスタブの他にシャワールームもあって快適だった。フロントでコインランドリーの場所を尋ね- たらすぐにgoogleで検索してくれて手際が良かった。wake up callも録音ではなく直接電話をくれて親しみがあった。鉄道の駅前だったので日帰り旅行や空港に行くのに- タイムロスが少なくて済んだ。 チェックインの時、必要ないと言っているのに朝食やスパの宣伝をマニュアルを読むように延々説明された。シ- ャワールームの縁にカビらしきものがこびりついていた。シーツのベットメイクが緩くすぐクシャクシャになっ- た。カードキーが滞在中2回も使えなくなった。駅が目の前なのに空港行きの鉄道の時刻表が分からないと言わ- れた。 |

バルセロナは仕事で、過去に３０回位滞在し色々なホテルに泊まったが、このホテルは一番好きなホテルです。- サンツ駅に直近（駅の中にホテルも有るが）で利便性が良く、サービス、快適さ、清潔さは最高のクラスだと思- う。次回も泊まります。 |

事前のリクエストに「景観の良い部屋を」と書いていたら、到着と同時にわずかのプラス金額でバルセロナが一- 望できる素晴らしい部屋に代えてもらえた。サンツ駅から歩いてわずか２分ほどで、新しく快適、高い階の部屋- だったからか騒音もまったく気にならなかった。次の日、旅程の関係上、早い時間に旅立つのが惜しいくらい。- 今度バルセロナに行く時もここに泊まりたい。 |

ホテルのスタッフはどのスタッフも、とても親切且つ丁寧だった。朝食はこのホテルで唯一良いと思った。景色- は最高だし、朝食の品数も、今回の旅の９ホテル中で最もそろっていたしおいしいと思った。サンツ駅から徒歩- ２分と近い。 ・禁煙室を希望したのに、マークは禁煙でも、タバコの臭いプンプンだった。翌朝、ものすごいたばこの煙臭さ- で目が覚めた。換気システムの問題？部屋の中にいたくなかった。・アッパーフロアを希望したが、２２階中の- ４階で景色は、まぁまぁ・・・とは言い難い景色だった。 |

中に売店か自動販売機があればなお良いですが、サンツ駅も近いので問題無いといえば無いです。駅に近い、高- 層建築で景色がいい、フロントが丁寧、で文句ありません。細かい点では廊下に製氷機があって乾きがちな喉を- 簡単に潤せます。 |

Convenient location to reach from airport (direct train) and city (via Metro). Very good view from the top floors over the city. Service quality was good in the receiption and specials offered by the Spa were good value for money. Room size was enormous (Executive room) with two single beds combined for make a "king" bed. Generally a noisy hotel. Tiles on the floor and in the corridors meant that noise carried. Do not assume that an executive room is on the uper floors (ours was not) and the street noise and train station carry through the lower floors, less than enjoyable. The premium for an executive floor is not worth the difference. Service in the restraurant was generally poor though food quality was acceptable. |

The breakfast and the jazz music in the restaurant Location is bad, it seems almost like an industrial area. The parking cost is EUR 25 / day, but if you go out and come back to park during the 24h you have to pay again as if you hadn't ever been there. Rooms are extremely noisy due to the poor insolation of the windows and glass walls. From the 19th floor I could stil hear every motorbike that would pass by. |

There are 2 washing stands, separate bath rooms/shower rooms/toilet, and the living room is wide enough for 2 people. The hotel is just in front of the Sants station and this hotel is one of the best hotel I've stayed in Europe. |

The hotel was very near the train station and the facilities were excellent for relaxing after a long journey. Found that the carpets were filthy, really stood out in an otherwise beautiful room. Also the directions were hard to find when it is simply directly across from the main station. Cannot believe that they charge for wi fi access in this day and age! |

Large and clean room, large bathroom with separate wc and shower boxes. Free satellite channels. Excellent breakfast, with a lot - really dozens- of different choices, although not included and not cheap (euro 17,60). Near the train station, but also just 3 metro stops from the center of the city. No pay-per-view on tv, expensive Internet connection (charged per hour). |

Staff excellent. Location excellent. Mainline Railway and Metro just across road. Metro T-10 ticket great value for couples. Metro gets you everywhere and service is brilliant. Fab breakfast sets you up for the day. Business & recreation facilities are V.G. Room service food was good. Had 10 days in Barcelona so unlikely to visit again soon, but Gran Hotel Torre Catalunya would definitely be my first choice. Visual restaurant was overpriced but food was excellent. Nouvelle cuisine style portions. |
