Hesperia Ramblas

ランブラス通りから一本横に入ってすぐの素晴らしいロケーション。部屋もきれいで広く、スーツケースを2個- 広げても十分歩ける。ネットもすぐに使え、大変便利だった。スタッフの対応も大変よかった。手配してもらっ- たタクシー運転手の方も英語が堪能で、バルセロナの空港までいろいろと建物やレストランを紹介してくれて、- 30分があっという間だった。また是非泊まりたい。

バスルームに扉がなく、部屋からトイレで用を足しているのが丸見えだった。夫婦で泊まったが、さすがに互い- に目をそらしてしまった。仕切りのカーテンかついたてでもあればベスト。それ以外は非常に満足。

location was brill rite on the ramblas

Ideal situation - just yards off centre of La Ramblas but so quiet - no outside noise. Very clean. Brilliant power shower.

Just a small point. A mirror is needed over dressing table.

Location just off Las Ramblas is excellent, very good variety for breakfast.

strong smell in the lobby! when we asked for unreplaced pillow covers, were told that they would be available next day-after our check out!!!

The choice at breakfast , and being near to shops and cafes.

A Residents lounge with bar ,tea and coffee,a place to relax after a days touring.

There is the right balance between friendly and efficient staff and too little interested in the guest. This hotel has got it just right.

nothing - great hotel

Just got back from Barcelona where we stayed at Hesperia Ramblas. After looking for a decent hotel for months we came across with this hotel in booking.com and the reviews were positive so we decided to go for it. As other guests would agree, the location could'nt be better. The hotel is not on La Rambla which avoids the loudness, but on a street from La Rambla. Our room was overlooking a tiny street which opened to La Boqueria, where you can have fresh fruits for breakfast. The rooms are clean, perfectly decorated, a little bit on the small side, but hey.. we were there to see the city, not live in the room! Because the location is so central you can always go back to the hotel for a short break when you're tired :)

The only downside was the fresh air problem. the weather was very good so we did not have to turn the air conditioner on but we woke up at night because there was no fresh air left in the room so we had to open the window to get some.. I realized the windows in the hallway were always open, probably because of this problem. There was also a weird smell in the hallway, but not in the rooms.

The staff and the location and the breakfast

I booked a double room and on my arrival was given a room with twin beds, I explained that my expectation was for a double bed and that I would have requested a twin room if I wanted twin beds. I was eventually offered a double bed in a very small room. I declined the offer.
