MH Apartments Sagrada Familia

広くて清潔で便利なアパートで、夜、ライトアップされた部屋のベランダからサグラダファミリアが見えて素敵- でした。DVD,クーラー、タオル、ドライヤー、洗剤、などほぼすべてのものがそろっていて快適でした。アパートの目の前に- 小さなスーパーがあり、地下鉄駅までも３－４分です。トイレが二か所あるのが３人家族にはありがたかったで- す。お風呂はバスタブ１個とシャワー１か所とバスルームも２個ありました。ツインベットもダブルベットも快- 適です。しかし、レセプションが無いので前もって英語で担当の人と約束をしたり、チェックインの際にはすべ- て英語で、備品の説明もすべて英語なので、英語が出来ない場合はかなり難しいと思います。備品の説明書もす- べて英語です。ぜひまた泊まりたいです

バスタブはあったのですが、栓がない（たとえ栓を持って行ってもはめることが出来ないようになっていました- ）ので、せっかくのバスタブなのですが、貯めて入れませんでした。大人３人シャワーは十分なお湯が出たので- 、レビューにあったようなお湯が出ないなどの問題はありませんでした。

サグラダファミリアから本当にすぐのロケーションで、スーパー２軒、おいしいパンやさんも目の前です。家族- 四人で宿泊しましたが広々していましたし駅も近くて満足です。キッチン設備も充実しておりましたのでスペイ- ン料理が苦手な家族も日本食などを作ったり、便利でした。空港についたら鍵を受け取るのに早めに連絡してお- いた方がいいです。私たちはちょっと忘れていて遅くなり1時間くらいまたされました。どこからか来るようで- す。英語は多少分からないと説明書を読んだり、そのスタッフさんのいうことを理解するのに苦労するかもしれ- ません。ＮＨＫなどケーブルテレビ機能もついていますので快適です。

お湯が50Lまでしかたまらないようなので、日本人のように湯をためてしまうと次に湯が使えるようになるま- で2時間かかるようで苦労します。シャワーは夜と朝の人に分けたほうがいいかもしれません。洗濯機は使いづ- らかったです。電球が切れていたのでスタッフに電話しましたが結局取り替えにはきませんでした。最後にすべ- てを綺麗に掃除をしてから出なくてはならないと書いてあったので掃除器具を使い、大掃除して帰りました。罰- 金でも発生するのかと不安でした。日本語説明はないのです。金庫はありませんでした。あと場所が少し分かり- にくいかもしれません。大きな看板とかはないです。

It was easy to check in. Having found we had a smaller apartment than expected we asked to upgrade, and fortunately they were able to arrange that for the day after we requested it. We were able to leave our luggage there to check out after the normal check out time. Excellent location, safe area, plenty of restaurants etc. Wi fi worked well. Very comfortable beds. well equipped with hairdryer, iron, washing machine dishwasher, and starter packs for the machines., washing up liquid and toilet paper provided.

We had booked for 5 people, though only 4 travelled as we thought that meant we would have one of the larger apartments, so we were surprised to have one of the smaller ones. Although only 10m2 difference, it makes a big difference for 4 people for a week's stay. Would have been a bit too compact for our taste. However fortunately we were able to upgrade when we requested it

The location was close to the Metro station, near the church of Sagrada Familia and it was fairly peaceful.

The apartament and toilets were not clean enough and the eiderdowns were dirty.

Very professional team able to give the right customer's support . Excellent apartment situated in a quiet area.

The apartment is well organized. suitable for 4 people. Has all the necessary facilities, and has a mini market neerby.

Very centrally located. Close to the metro and other areas of interest.

The directions to the apartment were not good at all. They said right out in front of metro stop, thus we walked around looking for it. Wasted about 30 minutes, which cost an additional Euro 20.00 because we were late.

would have liked a peep-hole in the door and a chain lock/ perhaps a hotel-type safe (this was an apartment)

Die Appartments sind zetral gelegen und gut mit den öffenlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Nähe zur Sagrada Familia ist ideal. Auch hat es gute kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, wo man gut und auch günstig essen kann.Die Schlüsselübergabe ging problemlos und unkompliziert.

Leider war ein Zimmer nicht bewohnbar, weil es sehr übel gerochen hat.( Schimmel!) Auch hatten wir nicht genügend Bettwäsche und Frottéewäsche, was aber zum Teil noch nachgeliefert wurde.
