地下鉄駅までは１kmくらいあるので歩くと大変だが、市バスが使えるので以外と行動はしやすい。部屋もキレ- イ。部屋から海は見えない。 間接照明が壊れており、部屋が暗かったのでフロントにクレームをしたら、部屋が満室で変えられないと言われ- た。それならすぐに見てくれといったが、明日にならないとできないと言われ、仕方なく翌日様子を見たが結局- また壊れた。せっかく高い料金を払っているのに、この設備や対応はひどかったです。対応してくれた人もすま- なそうに言うわけではなく、日本人がまた面倒なこと言っているよぐらいにしか思ってない様子でした。プラン- にもよるかもしれないが、バスローブとスリッパくらい全部屋に常備して欲しい。 |

清潔な都市型ホテル。海辺から道１本入るのでパノラマビューは期待できないが、砂浜へ歩いて３分程度で朝の- 散歩が気持ちよい。ホテル前にバス停があり市中心部まで２０分程度。街中に滞在したい人には不向きだが、ゆ- ったりとした新市街の海沿いに滞在したい人にはおすすめのロケーション。海辺にはおいしいシーフードレスト- ランが並んでいるので食事にも便利。 楽しみにしていたサウナが故障中で使えなかった。苦情を言ったらチェックアウトを午後３時まで延長くれた。- また、シャワーや洗面台が今ひとつ使いにくいデザインだった。 |

部屋は清潔で広さも十分でした。14番のバス停が目の前で、カタルーニャ広場まで20分くらいで行くことが- できます。地下鉄駅までは徒歩15分かかりました。 壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の物音がかなり聞こえました。 |

地下鉄まで徒歩15分くらいかかったのでちょっと不便でした。料金で選んでしまったので、しょうがないので- すが。またベッドのシーツと枕カバーを取り替えてくれなかったです。 |

excellent location near beach but only a 30 minute walk to city centre. good free breakfast due to booking over 30 days in advance.. lovely quiet area, no traffic noise. maid didn't come to clean room until 5.00 pm one day, right in the middle of my siesta. |

Everything was really comfortable, close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants and shops.Staff was helpful but not intrusive and spoke a really good english.. Italian electric adaptor unavailable. |

Location was great as near the beach and relatives that we have living there. We had a family room which was excellent. Was a bit costly for what we got. Hot water was a bit dodfy and shower was a bit broken. |

Nice buffet breakfast, and close proximity to the beach. Nice family room when travelling with small kids. We asked for a reasonably priced restaurant and were sent to a very expensive restaurnt. Not an optimal situation with children - so be very careful about the restaurant recos |

The location was good in terms of traffic and quiteness. The hotel is new and in general clean. There was only one person at reception trying to handle all requests i.e. check-in, check-out, guest relations etc. |

convenient to beach and restaurants. wifi . breakfast had lots of options. the swimming pool was nice very few english tv channels why were we charged for towel when using the pool |

Access to beach, courtyard recreation facilities, location, and staff are great. There are many street-side rooms, in addition to courtyard rooms, but the street is not as busy as most in the city. |

The breakfast was very good. The location is superb. I wanted to see a sofa or armchair in my room to serve as a place for relaxation. I missed tv in english. Perhaps the hotel may add sky news and sports. I am never keen on cnn. |

Location - short bus ride form city centre - close to the beach - safe area. Facilities - high quality on outdoor pool and bar area. Free internet. Good breakfast. Extra beds in familiy room too short for older children. Missing towels and pillow for extra bed. |

The room was clean, smelled good and was comfortable. Not close to anything - kinda out of the way from everything. No shuttle to airport and taxi was 40 euro. The ice machine on my floor was broken and the television wasn't configured correctly so tech support had to be called. |

The hotel was perfectly situated 5 min from the beach. We stayed for 5 nights and walked down town every day - preferably along the beach. Taxi back to the hotel < 10 Euro. Walked 36 km during the stay - perfect! Free wireless access to Internet. September 24-29 was perfect timing - 25 Celcius in air and at least 22 Celcius in water. The bargan menu wasn't posted anywhere (full meal for 25 Euro w/drink). Looked at the home site on Internet, but it wa outdated. |
