ﾛｹｰｼｮﾝは良かった｡

朝食が高い割には､ﾊﾞﾘｴｰｼｮﾝが少ない｡5才児まで高い朝食代を取られた(日本ならわかるが､欧州で- は稀と思う)。ﾃｨｼｭﾍﾟｰﾊﾟｰが部屋に無かった。隣の部屋から声が漏れてきた。ﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝは良かっ- たが､こだわりすぎて子連れには使い勝手がいまいちでした。

the nosie from the street at night can be annoying as driver use of horn blowing can be excessive

children welcome but at a cost of 70 euros per extra made up bed,we have stayed in this hotel many times in the past without the extra expense, not to sure weather we would revisit, [ shame ]

This is an amazing hotel. One of the best in Barcelon,a, of course. The location is absolutely fantastic - you actually get to see it right on leaving the underground station at Passeig de Gracia and right in the heart of Barcelona (Las Ramblas, La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, you name it). The hotel staff is helpful and lovely, always ready to lend a hand while being gentle and kind with you. Whenever you need them, they shall help you. I would recommend this hotel anytime. Finally, the price is fair.

The showers are awkward. They do not function properly. Sometimes you have too much pressure and on other times you just don`t. It would be better with a different kind of shower. But this is indeed a minor complaint

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located downtown on a main shopping street, within easy walk to the Plaza Cataluna and the Rambla, with convenient metro and taxi access to the rest of the city.

The room is nicely outfitted in a modern, oriental style. But be careful of the platform of the bed which sticks out and is perfect for tripping over.

the staff were very friendly and the hotel was very well located to all sights and shopping . Room was very comfy and clean brilliant stay thanks.

The showers need looked at as the water covers most of the floor as well as yourself.

Central location of the hotel and the very friendly and attentive staff.

Not at all, however, the television in the room had not been tuned in correctly. This was apparantely to do with the weather.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly especially Kevin the night porter, breakfast was very good, bathroom was very usable for a trendy Barrcelona hotel We enjoyed our stay a few quirks with the bar but learned how to manage it over the few days we were there.

The shower was a bit too strong needed a bit of fiddling with, best to take the shower head down and adjust the power before showering or else a flooded bathroom, not a complaint just a warning. The passageway between the bottom of the bed and the room wall is very narrow, in our room 208 there was a photograph, which fell off a couple of times a bit dangerous it was quite heavy, now that is a complaint
