駅からも近く、観光に非常に便利。ランブラス通りやカサミラなどの観光名所も徒歩圏内で散歩がてらに行ける- のが良い。ホテルスタッフの感じも良く、観光相談にも乗ってくれる。部屋も清潔で清掃も行き届き快適。無料- Wi-Fiも有難かった。 強いて言えば、コンセントの空きプラグがバスルームにしかなかった事。携帯電話を目覚まし代わりにしていた- のでベッドサイドにあれば最高だった。 |

バルセロナは３度目です。前回はランブラの横でうるさかったので、中心から近くでうるさくない所で便利と思- い選んだ。ロケーションはとてもいい。一日目は一部屋は道に面して少しうるさいので、二日目に中庭に面する- 部屋に変えてもらった。バスルームに二人部屋なのに石けん等一人分しかないのが気になった。 友人がお風呂に入っているときに下の部屋の風呂場に水が漏れていると電話があり、見に来て、バスタブから水- がこぼれないための穴から水が下に漏れたのだろうというので驚き。その穴って、下水に通じているはずで、下- の部屋に漏れるとは？ ちなみに風呂場の床には水はこぼれていなかったのです。 |

ちょうどベッドの枕元にあたる部分が、隣のバスルームに接している状態で、朝早くから隣室の人がバスタブに- お湯を溜める音で目が覚めてしまいました。かなりひどいです。あと、ほとんどのスタッフがフレンドリーで親- 切に対応してくれましたが、あるひとりのスタッフだけは、毛布を頼んでも持って来てくれないし、夜はフロン- トで物を食べながら大声で電話で話しているし、で散々だと思いました。あの人のために評判を落とすことが多- 々あるのではないでしょうか。あと、朝食ルームに用意されているコーヒーメーカーがずっと調子が悪かったで- す。 |

場所が安全で便利です。旧市街にもカタルーニャ広場にもグラシア通りにも歩いて行けますし、地下鉄の駅も近- い。 １０１号室は１階（日本での２階）の通り側で、向かいに２軒バルがあるために、夜中にひどくうるさかったで- す。その旨、申し出て部屋を変えてもらったら、すこぶる快適でした。 |

The location was excellent and the staff were pleasant.The room exceeded my expectations. The rooms seemed close together and on more than one occasion I woke up due to noisy people staying in rooms close by. |

Location. Breakfast was quite good for 8 €. Interior room was quiet and free wi-fi works very good. Street door is always closed so if reception people is not there for some minutes you have to wait. |

I"d liked the hotel.It is very nice location,clean rooms. I booked an economy room and i did not see any pictures on the website about it.The room was very smal and tine and it it is overpriced for it.Please explain very well what the costumers can get for the money they pay.Everthing was very nice.thanks |

Central location (5 min walk from Placa Catalunya) if you want to see all of the main attractions. Barcelona is a great city. Easy to get to from the airport using aerobus. |

Great location for visiting the city ! The city center is just 5 min away by foot. The room was very big and clean. Next time i visit barcelona i'll stay at this hotel again. |

Found the hotel to be very clean. Room was small with no views apart from wall which made room dark. Reception staff friendly and location good. Information said there was a free mini bar but this was not true and we had to ask at reception to be told it was not free. |

This hotel was a good value for our stay in Barcelona. The room was tidy and quiet, the bed very comfortable, the staff friendly and informative. The location was good, accessible by foot or metro to the sights of the city. The cost of the breakfast was far too expensive. Breakfast should be included in the room cost, as it is in any other country in which I have travelled. It seems that this issue is treated differently in Spain, where exorbitant charges for breakfast appears to be common. |

Location is good and close to shopping area and walking street such as La Ramba ,Catalunya square whice are the center of metro,tourist bus and airport bus. The Hotel is very clean and comfort as well. No resturant in the hotel and buffet breakfast costs almost 15 euro. |

Location very good, 5 minutes from Universtat Metro. Wireless Internet . Hardly any space between bed and TV. No access to BBC, CNN on TV.No kettle in room for making tea. Refrigerator was not working, not cold. We were in room 304 |

Location was quiet but central, room was a good size and en-suite facilities were quite good (small bath was a minus).Staff very helpful, good security on the entrance and a safe in the room was also good. No SKY TV therefore no English spoken on TV. (SKY is now fairly standard in Europe),my Spanish is limited. Barcelona is now a prime city for British & Irish visitors and like to keep in touch with things at home. Sport (Rugby,golf, football) Politics,and in general. |
