Val Apartments

家族５人でApartmentに宿泊。ツインベッドルーム×２、シングルベッドルーム×１のほかに、リビン- グダイニング、テラスがあり、広さは十分。キッチンも調理器具、食器など全て揃って、快適。ベッドメイキン- グも毎日来てくれました。スタッフは、徒歩で７、８分の別のオフィスに居ますが、親切、丁寧で、予約なども- してくれます。

チェックイン、鍵の受け渡しのために、訪問前に事前に電話連絡する必要あり。同じ建物内に、スタッフが居な- いので、困ったときは電話する必要あり。なぜか主寝室だけは、天井灯も、ベッドサイドランプも点灯せず。

The staff were polite and helpful at the office

The quality of the apartment was lower than i expected. It was quite basic. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. It was very noisy at night. Could hear people washing dishes, singing, banging things. There was only one tv station, which was in catalan. There was no local information/directory provided in the apartment.

It was located near the city centre

There was a constant noise (every 10 minutes or so) in my room, which could be heard throughout the apartment, making it difficult to sleep. The noise came from the cables attached to the wall and I'm not sure what it was. It was constant.

nice spacious appartment with everything that a family needs (or rather 2 families). I liked its veranda, its proximity to the city centre and generally the whole set up of the appartment.

one night we needed the air-conditioning and it made a rather annoying noise.

the fact that only one front door key was given. this made it difficult for individuals staying in the apartment to make independent plans. the apartment was not properly cleaned - especially tiled floors in the bedrooms were visibly dirty. also, no change of towels was made over 4 nights. instructions about heating and hot water were not made clear.

low price for a nice apartament! Not far from the most interest points of the city. Near to metro an bus

very clean and very spacious.

the furnance was not lit. Luckily my brother was able to do it as he is an electrical engineer. Otherwise this will be a great problem.

The apartment was roomy and central enough to be within walking distance of the Metro station and other attractions, but sufficiently far from the centre to be quiet. The staff who booked us in were surprised that we were seeking to pay in cash - comments by previous travellers had lead us to believe this was required.

Położenie hotelu, czysto, kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona, dodatkowe koce.

Brak parkingu,duży hałas dobiegający z ulicy, nieuwzględnienie przez hotel wymogów zawartych przy składaniu rezerwacji, zwiększenie kwoty kaucji bez uprzedniego poinformowania,małe zainteresowanie ze strony hotelu odbiorem kluczy i apartamentu.

appartement correct mais qui ne correspondait pas à la présentationdeux chambre une salle de bain une salle d'eau, il y avait trois chambres et une seule salle de bain . Par contre une propreté impeccabler et un équipement électroménager impeccable
