宿泊した部屋は、とても広いバルコニーが付いており、非常に快適でした。バスタブがあれば、なおよかったで- すが、水不足なのでシャワーだけでも仕方がないと思います。価格、場所、インターネットがフリーであること- が非常によいと思います。

教えていただいたWifiのキーが一桁足りませんでしたが、先頭に0を加えたら使えました。

観光に際しての立地もよく、またホテルスタッフも親切で、バルセロナの印象を素晴しいものにしてくれました- 。近くにスーパーや食事の出来る場所もあり、至極便利で安全なロケーションです。

部屋は綺麗で快適でした。朝食もとても質が高く美味しかったです。安全な立地で、出かけるにも安心・便利で- した。

I liked the room and the location.

the service and the hotel staff was terrible. they have to change the whole staff. I'm work at the bussine hotel in the U.S trust me.

Helpful friendly staff; clean, modern rooms; good breakfast (children only charged half, despite eating more than most other guests); bus-stops just outside with buses to most attractions; metro station not to far away(just enough walk on the way back to work off some of the excellent food); double-glazed windows made outside noise bearly audible (4th floor); free internet access in rooms and free use of computer in lobby; good shower water pressure and temperature control - and ideal for tall people (i.e. not a fixed shower head at chest level as in most hotels); sofa bed

Very little - although the following very minor improvements may have improved the stay: the modern lighting in the room looked good but sometimes the option of a little more light would have been useful to see/find things; a few hooks to hang clothes/jacksts/coats would be useful (e.g. back of door). Also, if ever the sofa-beds need replacing, a slightly bigger (wider) one would be useful for families with two small children (like us) - I'm sure hotels often lose business because the bookiing websites only allow you to book for 3 people when all you have is 2 plus 2 halves - which comfortably fit in the room - we had to book for 3 and turn up as 4.

the walls were very thin

the hotel was nice and clean, the room was very good, spacious, clean towels and bedding. The staff were very helpful (although very few spoke english) and the breakfast was very nice. The location was nice and only a bus ride away from catalunya sq. All in all I was very impressed and happy with the hotel and the staff.

Style and cleanliness, staff very helpful, greeted us with a smile. Lovely location not too near the main crowds, but near enough to walk to central Barcelona.

It was a fab hotel, ideally placed for sightseeing Barcelona, in a very smart boulevard and felt very safe at night. Our room was quiet, spotlessly clean and very comfortable to relax in after a long day out! Hotel was easy to access either of the Tourist buses, to be recommended as a great way to see and visit all the important sights. Would return to this Hotel next visit to Barcelona and would recommend it to friends.

My only criticisms would be the lighting in the room - it was very subtle lighting which created very dark areas. Breakfast was very expensive.
