部屋からフロント、レストラン、その他施設への移動が複雑だった。ゆっくり滞在するには最高のロケーションだと思う。小さな子供がいる人にはいいのではないでしょうか。 ホテルの従業員は英語を話すが完璧とは言えない。ネイティブにはそれでもいいのだろうが、そうではないと早口で不正確な英語なので何を言ってるのかよく分からない。センサー式のライトのせいでホテル全体が暗い。 |

The daughter of some family friends got married at the hotel (so there were about 25 of us staying at the hotel). The hotel is ideally positioned, with great facilities - and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A really good experience! For me, the beds were too firm. |

The room didn't seem t have any sound proofing at all. I was kept awake by the sounds of doord closing heavily and people walking up the corridors. Every footfall. |

Very helpful staff on reception and restaurant I thought staff in spa were not very helpful. Whenever I tried to book anyhting theywere always on the phone having very long convestaions and would keep you waiting for at least 10 -15 minutes with no apology |

The facilities were excellent pool area clean and well positioned Paper thin walls could hear next door and anyone walking up and down corridors - shows at night were if located near to stage area very loud even with doors shut. Quite hike into Fuengirola - was expecting a shuttle service of some description not to be free but with even a nominal charge as cabs very expensive to and from |

I liked the decor and surroundings, the pool area was lovely and relaxing and i enjoyed breakfast. The Air Conditioning was great in the room. I would have liked a snack bar at the pool that did cheap meals such as pizza, hamburgers etc... |
