ビルバオ空港に深夜到着で、チェックインが遅くなり、チェックインがどうなることかと心配していましたが、- 前もって連絡していたため、ホテル到着時刻頃までスタッフの方が待っていて下さり、安心しました。また、市- 内の観光（バルも含め）についても詳しく案内いただき、良かったです。無料の無線LANもあり、不便な思い- をする事なく、仕事ができ、感謝です。 言葉の壁があるかもしれませんが。。。 |

旧市街地の中にあり、スタッフがとても親切。Bilbaoの個人旅行で3回利用しています。観光にも、ﾀﾊ- ﾟｽめぐりにもとても恵まれた立地条件です。 冷蔵庫がないのが残念です。 |

旧市街地の中心にあり、夜バル巡りをするには最高のロケーションです。部屋はシンプルですが快適でスタッフ- もとても親切です。昨年シングル、今回ダブルに宿泊でしたが、お一人で泊まるなら断然ダブルをお勧めします- 。シングルはシャワーブースが狭すぎましたが、ダブルは浴槽まであり、かなりゆったりしてます。また部屋も- かなり広く感じました。 |

内装は綺麗ですが、建物自体は古く、壁が薄いです。ただ、場所的に、外の音はしょうがないのかもしれません- 。ホテルを出れば、旧市街のど真ん中なので目の前にBARが立ち並びます。スタッフが優しく、親切でした。- 外に、直接通じる窓が無かった為、換気などに、困りました。 |

The staff on reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had problems picking up our hire car and they were very supportive and kind and went out of their way to help us resolve our problem. Thank you. maybe the breakfast coffee could have been fresher |

Very helpful and co-operative staff,continental breakfast very good, location perfect - bar and restaurant either side! Perfect for a short break,reception on manned 24hrs, easy reach to rest of city and wil definately stay again if in Bilbao, what a catch! Thanks No dislikes,would like to see English tea bags as well as fruit ones at Breakfast, but the fresh coffee well compensated for it ! |

Excellent location in the old city and to the train station. Local transportation available nearby, as well. Numerous and a variety of food purveyors all around; excellent shopping for all items. Hotel staff were excellent, accomodating and thoughtful. |

Great location (once one has found it!); pleasantly modern design; charming front desk staff. The decision to use wooden floors as part of the recent refurbishment strikes me as an acoustic disaster. I would also suggest that anyone planning a visit makes sure they know exactly how to find it before setting out: I consider myself a seasoned urbanite but even I found Bilbao's street geography very confusing (Tip: what appears to be a single street can change its name at least three times in less than one hundred yards - six times if you count dual languages!) |

Friendly staff, excellent location, comfortable bed. Hated having a window opening onto a closed courtyard, so no fresh air or light. Website information about car parking was wrong. Nueva Plaza was private parking, had to go to Arenal - recommended by receptionist but only if you could understand Spanish. |

Staff were helpful, spoke english, room was good and spacious. Sensor lights in corridors were somewhat ineffective, leaving you in the dark for a short while at times. Breakfast was over priced for what you got. |
