立地、部屋の設備等、非常に快適なホテルで満足しております。自転車や傘も無料で借りれたのが良かったです- 。 無線ＬＡＮが使えるはずだったのですが、故障していたためけ部屋でネットに接続することができず、毎回ロビ- ーまでパソコンを持参するハメになりました。 |

宿泊料金が安く、期待値も低かったのですが、大変快適でした。10Fの部屋に泊まり、景色も素晴らしかった- です。部屋(デラックスツインに3人で泊まりました)はシンプルながら十分な広さで清潔感があり、また広い- バスルームも気に入りました。 |

I found the car park convenient and secure but expensive We selected Abba we wanted to be able to smoke. We were not informed that it had become non-smoking. We were not informed that the bar and restaurant would be closed on the day of our stay (sunday). The room was too hot and the air-conditioner control did not resemble that shown in the guide. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room clean and the location was good for our purposes.Nice comfortable bar and lounge area. Efficient check-in and check-out The weather was unseasonally warm which meant that the bedroom was very warm on arrival. The air conditioning could not be used to reduce the temperature as "in winter" the system can only be used to increase the temperature. |

Perfect hotel for viewing beautiful city of Bilbao - very central, though quiet, every amenity within walking distance. Great restaurants/shops/things to do and see right on your door step. Will be back again soon - hopefully. It would be good if there were tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and cheaper rates for backpackers staying one night before their flight home. |

good location, convenient for city center and attracions even though I paid for an executive family room, I think we were actually allocated a standard room as it was very, very basic and a little old fashioned. |

Near the bus station. Usual rich Abba staff in the bathroom. Rather shabby lobby and rum including bathroom. Staff friendly but not very experienced, and almost of no help. No bar late at night. I had stayed at other Abba Hotels and used to think that Abba hotels meant quality and good standard. This hotel is en exception. |

The hotel is very central, accessible by foot from all public transport and in a safe area. Lots of restaurants nearby. |

The location of the hotel was extremely central which suited us. It was about 15 minutes to the ferry port by car. We were lucky to get parked in the hotel. |

The hotel staff was very rude and unwilling to be helpful. I stayed at the Abba hotel in Pamplona for 3 days and the staff was very friendly but I will never go back to the hotel in Bilbao due to the very rude and ignorant staff. |

Quite ok alternative. The family room we got two adults two kids was very good with high value for money. Spacious suite with a good restroom. Its location is not perfect so it takes a 10-15 minutes walk done to the area where the main action is. |

It's in the city centre and it's got a fitness room and turkish bath the fitness closed on the week end. The bathroom looks a bit old, needs some updating |

Friendy and helpfull staff, location, closeness to public transport links (excellent trams) Although room service was available, I was unhappy about the lack of daytime bar/cafe/restaurant facilities, additionally there was no in-room coffee/tea making facilities. No swimming pool. Late check-in. |
