料理はおいしかったです。毎日メニューも変わっていた。 お風呂では時々お湯が出なかったり、黄色くにごる事があった。部屋は床が抜けていたり穴が開いている箇所がいくつかあり。しかし部屋はとても広く、景色も良かったし、食事も良かったので、まあこんなものかなという印象です。 |

Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the sea At the beginning we got a very ugly room - dark, damp, stinking, with the view of the ugly wall instead of the sea, which effectively broked us the beginning of holidays and first impression regarding the hotel. After the intervention we got normal room but only from the next day. Deep pool with a small area for children. Not enough sunbeds at the pool. |

The location is ok. The quality of the food is good. The parking supposed to be free (see the page in booking.com) but they charged 10 euro/5 days . |

Nice location, very good restaurant, hotel spotlessly clean, well managed, good car park facility, brilliant entertainment team. Gym not up to a 4 star standard, needs better equipment. |

the hotel is in a very quiet position. free wine and water at dinner time. the lifts being heard most of the evening then early morning ! up and down, up and down, when i asked for a room change, they offered me one on the bottom/underground floor, when i had previously asked for a quiet room at the top ! so why would i want to be down there ! |

1. Food was fantastic, every day again. 2. Lovely quiet location, stunning views 1. Gym was very very old, broken and extremely dangerous 2. Staff was friendly and relaxed, but a bit "too relaxed" and often reluctant to give good service. 3. Many things were broken in the hotel (almost no TV channels) and there was construction work going on all over the place without any apology or warning to the guests. |

Good and varied food (in particular dinners), nice indoor swimming pool, beautiful view from the balcony, hotel location (in nice calm area, yet 20 minutes walk to Magaluf) next to the sea shore. Slippery tennis court ground, expensive and not varied beer in a hotel bar, monotony of hotel guests (old German pensioners) |

The sea views were superb and the staff great - the bar man in paritcular. It's a lovely hotel in places. Parts - our bed in particular - could've been modernised. It seemed old and creaky. Also, the food, while plentiful and excellent in places, was poor in others - especially when left out. But a good and varied spread if you got there early enough. |

every thing was much more enjoyable because of the price i paid. bearing in mind it was november,and other places were closed,also due to storms the pool area was closed.but we cannot blame the hotel for this. |

hotel is situated near to the sea, cleanliness, indoor pool The cleaning woman started clean our room for next guests before we left hotel, she throw away some our things. Drinks for dinner are not included in halfboard. Nobody tells us this information when the drinks were offered to us. |

very friendly staff, helpfull. great food would recomend an upgrade to all-inclusive well worth it, food and drinks available free all day, cocktails included. rooms good size and balcony with great view of the sea in every room. would reccomend this hotel to family and friends alike. no complaints about my stay. The bar does close at 12 sharp which is unusual for a hotel. magaluf near by 10 minute walk not the best for a night out unles you fancey a night in the bull dog bar, or the brtitannia or queens inn etc (not for me!) santa ponsa 5 mins in taxi spotless clean resort better choice for a night out. |

We found the hotel just what we wanted. We were able to relax, eat well. Staff very friendly. We went late season - end of September and we can imagine how lovely it must be during the spring/summer months. |

Particularly friendly staff and overall Hotell is very nice and comfortable. The entertainment was just ok I know that there were only 2 young girls due to sickness etc. But 3 quizzes in a week was a bit too much. |

Hotel was very welcoming, staff polite and helpful. The food was very good and the hotel was spoltlessly clean. Guests were international and we felt this hotel was particularly good if you wanted somewhere a little quieter, especially during the evenings/early hours. The hotel is situated overlooking the bay and fabulous views from the balcony. Would definately go again. As the hotel is mainly all inclusive, I didn't enjoy the drinks as they appeared to be watered down and therefore half board guests don't get a good deal. |
